Hello? Uh, I've done my graduation in bachelor's of designing, And, uh, currently, I am not working, but I have, uh, done my job in GlobalLogic MNC as a usability and design analyst. And after my 2 years of experience, I have done, uh, 1 year experience in Bombay Design Center as a product designer. So, overall, I, uh, have a total 3.8 years of experience in a project, but, uh, including my internships and, uh, some of the, uh, like, 2 to 3 months internship, it's, like, total 4 years of experience I have in, uh, UI UX Designing. So, yeah, this is, uh, the whole overall background. Thank you.
So, uh, in a data form of I have, uh, used it in a user, uh, research where I have done some user interviews and, uh, stakeholder interviews where we got some data and insights of the users, which has helped a lot in, uh, some of the design decisions. And the second, uh, when we are, uh, doing the testing in UI UX Designing, after a developed screen, there, uh, we can, uh, get a data, uh, Google Analytics data where we can, uh, get, like, how many users are using this website or, uh, how many problems have been there for the users. So according to that, we can take a decision, uh, in that form.
Uh, first of all, uh, the first step of taking a user, uh, like, conduct a user research is, like, you need to understand what the product is if you are redesigning the product or it's a completely new thing, uh, from a client. So first, we need to see, uh, how which are the target users. How are we going to interview, uh, the users, some stakeholders, or some business persons about it? So when we start with this, we, uh, get an idea about the product, and, uh, we also get that what user wants in this, uh, product so we can move forward and, uh, edit our, uh, product in this.
So, uh, yeah. Definitely, there are some conflicting feedbacks happening from, uh, different stakeholders. But, uh, we need to understand their point of view also and what our design needs also. So there has to be some, uh, middle solution always, and just we need to find it and research about it. Once we get the middle solution, uh, we can explain again the stakeholder that maybe, uh, this can also happen and this can also make the website look better, And, also, the user supports this according to the user's, uh, interview, uh, and giving them a scenario for this product. So, uh, if this is a good way, so everything can happen in, like, very, uh, nice
So I stay updated in, uh, UX Design Trends and Tools. It is, like, from, uh, reading blogs from Medium, uh, talking to my colleagues, talking to my senior people, uh, talking to my friends who are in the same profession, like, uh, what is going on? Is there something new? Okay. This is new. Can I, uh, get to learn, uh, this? And, also, for UI designers, uh, we can get about the new trends from awards website.
So, basically, my way of creating a design that can be easily implemented by the development team, It's like, 1st, uh, creating the brand style, the design system for it, what the color style should be, what the typography style should be, uh, how the button styles could be used. So this all, uh, will be all consistent in overall website. So once, uh, this design style has been created, we can hand over this to our development team that, uh, this is the style we are going to create. So they, uh, so they start creating it in, uh, their development format. And, uh, once they're doing that, we'll start creating the screens where we use the same elements so there is no disturbance for them also and for us also. So I prefer, uh, 1st creating a design system. It's very important, and creating the components are very important to start, uh, with the design.
Uh, to the all users, you can say it is, uh, based on the product, uh, you will see. Uh, if the product is for the children's, then the target users will be the children. If the it it's a ecommerce product, then the target use users will be from a particular age till this age. Uh, when we get to know about this target users, first of all, we need to how about these users. If I take a category of, uh, age 25 users, how they behave or, uh, what are they mostly likely to, the age group of 40, 40 plus, how they are likely to, or the age group of 60 plus. So depending upon all the users, we need to see what is accessible for them, the color style, the type typography should be not too small and not too big. It should be mostly readable for the user. The color style should be not too bright, not too dull. It should be in a, uh, perfect palette where the user also has ease on their eye. Also, we have to see about the, uh, accessibility of WWA 3 where, someone has a color blindness. So in that color blindness, if red colors, they have to see green. So how do we, uh, like, analyze this for a color blindness people also? So these all things are very accessible for a user to use.
I have worked on a product like Kokuyo Cameo, which is a Indian, uh, brand for stationery, uh, and artworks also. So, uh, in this brand, uh, the main side of this Kokuyo camera is they mostly, uh, sell their stationeries, color, palettes, brush, geometry boxes, books, drawing books, everything. And now they have started a new thing where they are increasing the users to join their art workshops whether, uh, the artist will give them some workshop or teach them new techniques and also some art contest. So, uh, in this way, we get to know new of the artist in the market or some of the children who are going to join the workshop. Uh, they will do the workshop in hand so their parents will also be happy that children's are doing some of the activity there. So, uh, this was some of the, uh, client was introducing, uh, in copio family, and we have to, uh, make it up to the mark for the user to use this. And now I can tell that, uh, the art contest or art workshops or some of the new techniques on the Kokuyo Camlion page, uh, all the users has been using and they are very known to it. Uh, you can also go and see it on our Kokuyo Camlion website. Uh, you if you sign in, you can get a regular email also. So emailers have been designed by me. For the Cocoa Camlin website, uh, the website is very aesthetically. There are no much colors used or no much different styles used. A simple CTS button styles, a color of a red and a black theme is being used. There, uh, we have a simple navigation bar, uh, above and also a footer where the user can easily access all types of, uh, colors which he wants to buy, mediums he wants to buy, drawing books he wants to buy, or he wants to learn some new techniques, or, uh, he needs he needs to sign up for a art workshop, and he needs to apply for a contest. So easily he can, uh, access this all things. And, also, uh, he will also get a regular emails about, uh, that your artwork has been selected, your artwork got this much likes, or your artwork has been commented by, uh, x y zed person. So this has been very detailed, uh, work done for Kokuyo Camlin, and, uh, Kokuyo Camlin users and artists are very happy. Also, the children also use Kokuyo Camlin, uh, website because it's very easy and accessible to use.
So, uh, inter lie internal sessions is like, uh, basically, I've done a project of a Jordan where, uh, they have their food product, uh, which they need to sell in Dubai, Jordan, or in overall Asian market. So their website name was Mezet. So there was 1 cooperating website, and, uh, there was 1 website where they used to sell the product. So dealing with this client is, like, they are thinking this very different. Uh, they need more creative, more playful things on a, uh, website. They need their text very bold and can be visible to the, uh, users mostly on all their banners or their products and everything. And in localization brands, you can see, uh, banking sector. So in banking sector, uh, mostly, we need to use very minimal, uh, products and we use the same components. The phone styles will be same. The widgets will be same. The tags will be same everywhere. Uh, the button style should be same. The colors will be same. If you're using a credit card of different types, so we have to decide which credit card where it will go in a banking sector. So there are very 2 different, uh, you can say, uh, designing sectors, uh, your international and localization.
Uh, surely from the, uh, analytics, we have to take the feedback because they are the ones who are going to use the website. So their feedbacks matters for us mostly. So we go through each and every feedback from analytical or some of the ratings also. And we try to understand behind the reason, what is this, and what was the problem. We again try to go to the our designs or websites. Uh, is there some bug coming in the, uh, website or in the development? Uh, the, uh, design is not feasible or the CTO was not right here. We have to put that. So I think so the feedback from the analytics is very important, should be, uh, keeping a matter every time, uh, after development of the website also.
Yeah. So, uh, front end development, uh, we are very used to connecting with the developers, uh, and our design designer or designer. So every time I design something, I first go and talk to a developer. Okay. This is the thing, what we have designed. What is your point of view on this? Because they have to design the whole flow, and they have to see how it works. They have to fill the data also in the behind. So every time I go and talk to them, there is something new to learn from them. Okay. After this flow, this is this will come. This is missing. Okay. You need to add a form here so the user can know. So these all things are very helpful from a front end developer because, uh, the person tells a complete flow about the website or he develops a complete flow about the website. So when he is developing, he gets to know a lot of thing which is missing in between. And it's good that, uh, the person is coming and telling us, and it's good that, uh, we are taking the knowledge and we are making the changes in our design process or need to add some screens or need to add some page which we missed while designing is very helpful when a front end developer is telling us and giving us a knowledge.
