Improved RAG pipelines on Azure Semantic Kernel with Typescript and Python, ensuring Command Query Responsibility Segregation and Domain-Driven Design. Enhanced AI outputs by grounding responses and ensuring contextual relevance by integrating the BM25 Similarity algorithm in Azure AI Search.

Led a team that deployed and maintained multiple translation and text-to-speech models for 400+ languages via FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes and Baseten in production environments. Spearheaded the development of an entire end-to-end MLOp's pipeline organisation-wide along with the deployment and configuration of an AI governance framework across 22+ offices globally. Served and deployed multiple large language models (LLMs eg: falcon, llama2) using PyTorch in secure environments, addressing privacy and security issues for GDPR compliances. Awarded as a Top 10 competitor at the 'Intel - Advent of GenAI Hackathon 2023' focusing on Generative AI which included prompt engineering, fine-tuning, context-tuning and generating multi-modal outputs. Developed a Generative AI product using Open AI's text generation models (GPT-4), Image generation models (Dall-E) and AI avatars, that automated and reduced an entire content generation lifecycle from multiple weeks to a few hours. Effectively utilized the Generative AI stack such as workflow orchestrators, Langsmith, Langchain, Vector databases and embedding models to expedite experiments and client demos. Coordinated with multiple stakeholders across Australia and the Americas to define the GenAI product roadmap and MVP. Also exceeded the stakeholders' expectations, by delivering ahead of schedule. Led R&D work that lies at the intersection of a Digital Twin and AI agents as chatbots.

Built and maintained numerous data pipelines which included the ingestion, extraction, cleaning and preparation of data that support analytical reporting, structured queries (SQL) and ETL processes of the data warehouse. Governed and administered a Data Source Catalogue of the Social Media Analytics domain (Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Yandex, FrontApp etc.) with over 800+ sources from 35+ countries. Delivered daily analytical reports to the Founders Office, Board and Trustees of our clients, for strategic decision-making involving billions of dollars.

Highly impacted projects focused on automating IT operations for one of Europe's largest financial companies and a UAE IT conglomerate. Performed automation assessments and designed automation solutions such as AI-OPS and Intelligent workflows for 33+ use-cases cutting across multiple tech-stacks, using Python and Powershell runbooks. Spearheaded and tracked the review of 60+ use-cases with the client's security team and their respective tower leads, to ensure adherence of automation solutions with respect to the clients security policy. Conducted multiple ticket analysis to analyse the automation scope and generated dashboards & reports for multiple clients on Power BI.
