Diagnosed and resolved production API bottlenecks in high-traffic environments, improving throughput by profiling query plans and adding targeted indexes. Shipped features continuously via CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions + AWS), maintaining zero-downtime deployments while balancing release velocity with stability. Created custom & formula fields (Notion-style), enabling dynamic workflow configurations required close collaboration with product managers and designers in Agile sprints. Conducted code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean-code standards, security best practices, and comprehensive unit/integration test coverage with Jest. Developed a real-time collaborative rich-text editor with WebSocket-backed comment threads, dynamic mentions, and PDF-to-structured-JSON parsing (ProseMirror). Built a feature-rich team chat system (Slack-like) with Node.js backend, React frontend, and real-time event streaming over WebSocket. Reduced user workflow latency by 20% through Azure monitoring insights and targeted React rendering optimisations.
