Developed an AI-powered WhatsApp Job Assistant using multi-agent workflows to automate resume ingestion, semantic job matching, human approval gating, automated job submission, and email notifications. Designed and Implemented a Reusable RAG pipeline using Amazon S3, Bedrock Knowledge Bases, OpenSearch vector indexing with Titan embeddings, GaaS orchestration, and Langfuse observability for scalable AI retrieval workflows. Built a multi-agent AI content Marketing Assistant for research synthesis and enterprise knowledge documentation using LangGraph with routing, conversational memory, and validation layers. Contributed to the development of an automated evaluation utility for AI systems, enabling systematic performance validation, quality benchmarking, and continuous improvement workflows. Engineered an automation framework for release validation using Python, Jira/Confluence APIs, GitHub Actions, and secure credential handling to automate reporting and verification workflows and a MCP Server to Generate and Publish Latest release notes to confluence page. Developed ML-driven testing enhancements leveraging Random Forest, PCA and GANs for intelligent regression prioritization and anomaly detection into an existing Test framework. Developed proof-of-concept (POC) solutions including an AI email assistant, Call center summarization application, Finance analyst tool using Crew AI, Flight and Hotel booking Multi Agent system using Langgraph, and voice-to-text conversion system.

Developed automation smoke suites using pytest and Playwright, python for Ab Initio components. Executed AWS EMR clusters validation using Python (boto3) and shell automation covering Hadoop ecosystem workflows. Performed EC2 infrastructure validations including failover, auto-scaling, blue-green DNS shifting, monitoring, and service health check. Built an automation utility of auto test status update into JIRA board for an ETL test framework using API chaining.

Developed UI and API Test automation framework for an Energy application using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, BDD. Built scalable UI automation test suite for Stibo PIM Portal with Selenium, Robot class, XML files.

Validated enterprise MDM workflows ensuring end-to-end data integrity, and generated golden records, trust scores. Analyzed and validated SAP BI reports, customer risk models, and KPI dashboards using SQL, BI Launchpad checks. Applied exploratory data analysis (EDA), data cleansing, and data wrangling on test datasets to ensure analysis readiness and accurate reporting.
