Responsible for the implementation and give support to NICE IEX/WFM application and its different integrations: Install, troubleshoot and tune Jboss, Liferay, Mule, activeMQ and apache on Windows and Linux server based environments, across different architectures up to 30,000 concurrent user with cloud operations support related to the application. Implement and maintain interfaces and integrations between NICE WFM/IEX application and various ACDs (Cisco, Genesys Gplus, InContact, Avaya CMS). Configure import and export data jobs using APIs. Work closely with the project team from the sales to services transition to support after closure of the project. Work on a daily basis with MS SQL 2012\2008, Oracle & PostgreSQL, and WEB: Mule (MuleSoft), Liferay, Apache Tomcat (On Linux or Windows), Java, JBOSS. Implemented LDAP integrations and several SSO integrations (SAML & Siteminder). Telephony Integrations for RTA (Real Time Adherence). Recent integration experience with WFM Lab for Multitenant environment for 15000 users. With ACD, LDAP, SSL integration. Prepare Installation Test Plan and post-installation submit filled-in Installation Test Plan, and then work with Business Analyst team for functional tests of NICE applications installed. Coordinate with the R & D team for issues encountered and logged for products. Troubleshooting product, WFM, APA related issues in coordination with the IHD team. Join conference calls with PM and participate in services to support handover calls. Create team SOPs and update the knowledge base for teams.
