Owned backend services from design to production, including testing, production deployments, and on-call. Resolved production incidents using GCP Logs and Grafana, performed root cause analysis, mentored a junior engineer, reviewed pull requests, and contributed to coding standards and design discussions. Built a product-wide search platform using Apache Solr, MySQL, and AWS, enabling unified search across product modules. Developed a dedicated Samsung Browser search service using Java, Spring Boot, and Elasticsearch for browser history, bookmarks, and saved pages.
