Worked for Security Automation and Cloud Security team supporting all 14 Business Units across News Corp globally. Spearheaded Data Pipelining project using an automated database created from multiple sources to provide dynamic graphs to the CISO and senior management team (data also used by Cyber Defense and Security Enterprise teams) to get an overview of the Security Infrastructure on a daily basis. This system collectsover 1 million logs/data points everyday. Built 5 Security playbooks on XSOAR platform(SOAR) to automate major Cyber Defense tasks, including Phishing playbook that helped reduce successful Phishing attacks by over 40% Created and conceptualized 10+ UBA(User Behavior Analytics) uses cases for project that analyzes user data and sends alerts. Engineered Traceur project that uses Machine Learning and Data Science on WAF and Auth0 logs to detect/predict potential attacks and send alerts (every 10 minutes) to appropriate SOC team with all relevant information. Developed 10+ automations for Data Pipelining and 20+ alerts via SIEM applications Generated report at the start of pandemic on Employeesusing Work devices without Crowdstrike(endpoint Security software) installed on them, using Data Analytics. Helped bring this number up from 82% to 94%

Built a QnA system that scans a document, accepts questions on the document and points to the answer using Machine Learning algorithms. This module converts PDF document to hierarchical data structure inputted into Machine Learning Algorithms. This beat their previous model by 17% (63% accuracy vs 46% accuracy). Was given an employment offer based on the same. Concepts Used: Text Embedding, Vectorization, Information/Fact Extraction, Intent Recognition, Neural Network, GAN, Memory Systems, LSTM, Hypergraphs

Worked directly with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to set up the security architecturefor Alphapoint employees to work with highly confidential client cryptocurrency data and wallet servers. Extensively involved in multiple high level calls with vendors and security firms, often as the lead engineer. Was exposed to the day to day security operations of the hosting of 70 Blockchain based cryptocurrency exchanges. Assessed, implemented and tested multiple security solutions (Identity and Access Management) and gave the final recommendation on which solution to choose. This recommendation was the one officially implemented by the company

Worked with Quality Assurance Team based in India and USA to find optimal ways to create test data for one of the largest global loyalty programs in the hospitality industry. Mentored new recruits in technologies used by the team. Accelerated the speed of test data creationby conceptualising and creating multiple (15+) automation scripts in load runner and SOAPUI used by other senior members of the team Spearheaded and developed a new test data creation and storage tool in Java. Was awarded for individual performance in two consecutive months
