Designed the Manage Subscription platform for customers to handle subscriptions and automated workflows on the O2C dashboard in the internal Tenant Management tool. Improved usability across both platforms and enhanced the design system by adding light/dark mode variables. Impact: 25% faster subscription updates, 40% fewer billing errors, 15% lower churn risk.

Led the design of the Help & Support section for MOJO Pro, the flagship B2B platform. Improved usability, designed key features, and designed the Publisher x Jobs page to help users track live job statuses. Impact: Enhanced user support, streamlined workflows, empowered users, and a scalable knowledge base.

Earned an expert-level Figma certification by clearing the Builder.io Figma test, which led to a key project with the Government of India on Geographical Indication. Led the website redesign, focusing on better structure and usability. Impact: Faster task completion and better accessibility through streamlined navigation and redesign.

Conducted in-depth user research to understand on-campus transportation challenges faced by students. Explored the role of EVs and charging stations in reducing carbon footprint and performed a competitive analysis of 2- and 3-wheeler EVs. Studied transportation systems at IIT Guwahati and UC Berkeley for comparison. Impact: Delivered research insights that influenced 2+ sustainability initiatives.
