Spearheaded the complete development lifecycle for 'Project Elevate,' a new-generation IFE platform, leading a team of 4 to implement a high-performance static architecture (Next.js, Rust) and cut initial page load times by 40-50%. Architected and led the backend development of a unified back-office platform to replace a fragmented and inefficient legacy system, empowering non-technical users with self-service capabilities that eliminated developer dependency for routine tasks. Engineered a centralized, serverless polling system using AWS Lambda, resulting in 1-minute order latency and a significant performance boost for the on-device mPOS application. Engineered a data lifecycle management system for IBM Cloudant, introducing an automated PostgreSQL archiving process that reduced production data volume by over 50%. Drove a major architectural shift from monolithic to multi-tenant services on Heroku, consolidating ~25 legacy apps into 4, which dramatically reduced operational complexity and infrastructure footprint. Improved release quality and stability by establishing a production-mirrored staging environment, enabling formal validation to prevent unvetted changes from reaching production.

Integrated system to manage both product configuration from single source, which helped merge both of our product as part new innovative solution for Airlines. Developed a Single Page Application (SPA) for managing IFE and mPOS content for multiple airline clients. Improved system performance and scalability through service-level caching and optimized API design.
