Founders usually reach out when something feels off.

→ The brand doesn’t reflect the product anymore.

→ Or they’re preparing for launch and don’t want to get it wrong.

I’ve spent the last 8+ years working closely with businesses at every stage—pre-launch strategy, post-launch pivots, scaling phases, messy funnels, evolving GTM strategies. And what I’ve learned is this:

The problem is rarely “do more marketing.”

It’s usually about alignment—between product, positioning, audience psychology, and execution.

Sometimes the positioning sounds impressive, but it doesn’t land.

Sometimes the funnel is leaking quietly while everyone blames ads.

Sometimes the product is solid,d but the narrative undersells it.

Sometimes the GTM looks great on a Notion board—and nowhere else.

That’s where I step in.

I go deeper than tactics. I look at the full picture—how the brand is perceived, how buyers are behaving, where friction is happening, and what actually needs to change to unlock the next stage of growth.

SaaS earns trust differently.

D2C builds desire differently.

E-commerce scales differently.

Treating them the same might be efficient. It’s rarely effective.

I’m deeply invested in understanding how people make decisions—and I actively integrate AI where it creates real leverage, not noise. Tools evolve. Buyer psychology evolves. Markets evolve. The thinking also has to evolve with it.

I work best with founders who are ambitious, open to being challenged, and serious about building something long-term while learning during the journey.
