  • AI-interview Questions & Answers

Uh, Yeah. So my name is, and I'm from India, Haryana, Beduki. It's a small village. And I'm currently working as an executive creative designer for some educational brands in UAE. And I have a 4 years of experience in this field, and I have worked with very esteemed and very big brands in India. And, uh, I have a, like, a passion, and I have, like, a thing in me that pushes me to create more, uh, content marketing, and I like to just do all the content creation. We do like, I am interested in every field that have creativity in it.

Uh, can you outline the process of adapting a print design in format suitable for social media use. So, yeah, uh, if I have a design that is in print format, uh, as, uh, I use an Adobe Illustrator, So it is in CMYK format. If I want to use it on social media platform, I have to first convert it into RGB format so that the colors and the graphics and the elements look perfectly fine, and, uh, it looks, like, appealing. Because in CMYK, the, uh, when you print it, it flattens the elements and everything so that it looks good on print. But in digital, more, uh, people to it. So it can attract more more and more more, uh, people to it. So first, I'll convert it into RGB format, then I'll resize in whatever format we are using. Like, if we are using social media like Instagram, I'll convert into size of, uh, 10 18 to 10 80 or 1320 into 10 80. These two sizes are in, uh, story size, I will use, uh, 10 18 to 19 20.

Share your experience where you had to revise your design extensively based on client feedback and what scores your strength. So, yeah, I, uh, recently, last year, I had I was the only static designer in a award function ceremony, and they were having too much changes in everything, like fonts, design, background elements. So first of all, I strategized. I planned 2, 3 meetings with them to get, uh, all the overviewing, all the, uh, things that they want to, uh, like, promote, all the things that they want to show on their social media and other platforms, and all the print and all the design that they want. So I first strategize and created a template, a theme that will be carry forward to all of the things whether it's PPT, it's story, printout, cutouts, background, backdrops, everything. So that helped me, qsmith, uh, like, that helped me to have less changes and be more productive and give more creativity in less period of time. And, yeah, changes come, but, uh, it was very easy changes that I can do, like, images and because templates are set. So that was the strategy as, uh, I opted to

Uh, illustrate the use of color theory in your past design project and especially in the relation to branding and user engagement. So the color theory is which I use basically, creating something something for the brand that doesn't have any brand book or any brand color assigned to their brand, I use the theme and the emotions that they want to promote. Like, if they are in, uh, like, energetic and they want to be little quirky, I use bright colors, warm colors that give engagement and the warmness to their brand. And if I'm using little glass and little premium brand, I go for the dark, like, black, uh, and the dark shades of brown, golden, minimalistic, uh, color palette I use for them to get more and more engagement.

How do you assess the effectiveness of visual design in achieving marketing? Yes. In marketing campaign, visuals are the most important thing in my opinion because you have to showcase, uh, whatever you are marketing. Like, if you're marketing a product, you have to showcase its uses, its benefits, its like, everything and what the part they will play. And campaigns is like to to give a image, to give a impression on their mind whenever they go to a market or wherever they're going to anywhere. They have that impression in their mind of that brand or of that product. So I think visuals are very important in a marketing campaign.

What are the some advanced techniques, uh, you use in Adobe Photoshop to enhance image quality or marketing materials. Yes. I use camera raw filter to enhance my images and to give them little more quality. And as a new features that Photoshop have released is, uh, is that AI feature. That also helps a lot to enhance my, uh, graphic designs and my images.

What is your approach to handling tight deadlines for delivering multiple projects? So, yeah, uh, in tight deadlines, first, I prioritize my works, key which, uh, which things are more, like, highly prioritized and which things I need urgently. So first of all, I create them. Then after that, I, uh, strategize, keep which, uh, designs are more complicated and complex. So I created them first. And then after that, then easy task are, like, very easy so I can manage my time and, uh, my work in that process.

Explain the process you follow to ensure all designs are in sync with the company overall. Use your Yes. So I follow their brand book, uh, in which, uh, we can use their brand colors all over the design process, the same fonts, and the same design, uh, elements, not all the, but few to make it a continuity and to make, uh, like, a sync in all the design formulas.

Develop a comprehensive plan for cross platform branding campaign including timelines and resources needed. So in the cross platform branding, as, uh, I'll start with Instagram because right now, Instagram has the highest reach all over the globe. So I'll plan for 2 posting times, uh, per day, 2 posts. Uh, 1 it can be 1 reel or one post traffic post, and which will be on different timings. Like, one will be in the afternoon, and one will be around evening or around, like, night, 9 o'clock time. And it will be, like, more of fun more of, like, fun meme kind of quirky kind of things. And on LinkedIn, as it's a very professional, I'll use a Krauseel post to showcase my brand, brand, my things, my strategies, and writing a very detailed and very attractive informative blogs on LinkedIn. And on YouTube, I'll, uh, put some bits and some shorts and videos also, uh, on the YouTube to get more engagement and to get more views on every other platform that I have using. And on Twitter, I will write some engaging with the my followers and the comments they are posting on our tweets, on our post, and try to get more and more engagement on everything that I am posting and I'm creating to get more audience attention and to grab more more and more eyes on my brand and my, uh, company.

Discuss how would you handle a situation where the client's vision for the design does not align with best practices. Okay. Yes. Sometimes it happens because sometimes client couldn't explain, couldn't elaborate what they have in their mind. So as a designer, when we understand as as per our vision, so sometimes the design perspective doesn't align with their, uh, imagination or the perspective they are having in their mind, so it's not that case. In that case, you can give them 2, 3 options of different design, different color, different, uh, approaches so they can choose what's the most close to their approach that they are thinking. So that that can help to get on the same page very quickly.

How proficient, uh, are you in video editing and motion graphic software? Like, I don't use video editing or motion drafting softwares as I am into mostly into marketing content and static designs that I do. And mostly, I'm interested in marketing and only static design.
