Led the design and development of add credit card feature for prime users which helped in ease of future bookings and performing the renewal of subscription. Integrated iDeal for recurring collection for Netherlands market using ADYEN payment service provider. Developed Chargeback Deflector micro service backend which is responsible for reversing the chargeback which is received from ethoca gateway for renewals.

Led the design and development of multiple enterprise-level microservice applications of vRealize Cloud Subscription Manager, which became one stop solution for complete subscription lifecycle for all VMware products.

Lead the initiative of end to end design and development of micro service back-end for automation of lifecycle operations for vRealize Operations suite of products such as installation, upgrades, horizontal & vertical scaling of the product.

Developed a highly available and distributed micro service which consumes the interaction events from Kafka and on completion of the interaction it fetches the transcript from the IHS service, finally it posts these transcripts to the customers CRM system by identifying the interacted user under an identified case or by creating a new case under a contact. Handled and presented the proof of concept for this tool. The user can configure different breakpoints where the user would like to capture all the state information using an interactive User Interface. The state information is stored in xml format which can be used later to construct the client system state in the developer environment for further analysis and fixing of the customer issue.
