    I am Mohammed Kalam. I am an SEO specialist. I have been working as an SEO specialist for like 7 years. I started my SEO career by blogging. In my free time I used to blog a lot. In starting I have blogged like 50 plus. I have managed like 50 plus blogs on WordPress. That's how I learned web designing and other digital marketing platforms too, digital marketing channels too. With using AdSense and Affiliate Marketing I have earned money from blogging. Then I joined a digital marketing agency. That's where I learned about SOP and process and everything for SEO and other marketing channels too. In digital marketing agency I have learned about some programming languages and as well as I learned to develop websites. I have learned about Facebook and Instagram. I am good at tag managers for conversion tracking. I used to manage GA3 and GA4. By blogging I came into digital marketing. When I switched to digital marketing agency I quit blogging. I used to experiment SEO by blogging. I am using blogging sites for experimenting purpose. Currently I am working for a company name called English Partner. It's a startup edtech company. I have been handling more than 5 websites here. I can able to do on page, off page and technical SEO. From keyword research to publishing content on website and handling website I can manage on my own. I have been handling team here for like 8 years. It's like a 8 members team. I am a SEO lead here. I have been handling web designing and digital marketing team here. This is it.

    Okay. 1st, uh, I will do the, uh, top priorities work. Like, um, I first, I will complete the foundation plan. Uh, to achieve the result as good as possible, we have to complete a a foundation plan properly. To, uh, complete the foundation plan, it will be included with all the articles, uh, it will be there. So we will get uh, within, uh, 2 days or 3 days, uh, by quick and, uh, way for research, we can came to know that particular niche. If the we have to separate the niche by main topics and subtopics, and, uh, we'll separate the pages, Then, uh, we can, um, we will get the top, uh, topical related keywords and uh, bases are separately. We'll then we have to cluster the topics, then I will arrange the URL structures too. Then, uh, I will make the contact template too, so it will easier for, um, it will make easier for kernel thing. By that process, when I make the process, uh, it's like it will be like a checklist. It will include, uh, checklist on the SOPs. So, uh, when, uh, other teams involved, they don't they don't get distracted, so they will follow the checklist and the SOPs. So it will be as simple. So we will it will be like a hard work only. So we have to follow if I want to achieve, uh, within a 4 to 5 months, uh, part of that particular SEO campaign. I will if I have to meet my competitor, if they have written a thousand article, if you want to write if you want to write a thousand articles in particular in particular for 5 months, I will calculate it, and I will, uh, I will publish the article by silo by silo. Within a day, uh, I will complete other particular article numbers. Then within 4 to 5 months, I will prioritize that, all the stuffs, like, um, schema markup and, uh, image, uh, images, all tags, and other things. I'm focusing on on this issue. And I'll currently, I will, uh, make a plan for after this year too. And if you want to achieve it within our 4 to 5 months, we have to, uh, approach our PR PRS too. So we have to do the the press release too. So it will be in, uh, authority within that particular period. So other than that, we need a proper process to achieve the achieve it within our photo segments. That's what I do.

    For SEO technical SEO, I will use for website speed, I will use Page Insights and I will use SEMrush for tracking the backlinks on the other activities too and I will use the schema markup for schema markup plugin or schema markup html tags for schema activities and other than that I have a manual method for technical SEO, it will be like we have to remove the unwanted CSS and unwanted JS so it will affect the website speed and we have to check the coral vitals also, so it will improve the site speed and other metrics like we have to implement the analytics on Google Tag Manager, using Google Tag Manager we can implement the analytics too, so obviously I will check Google Tag Manager, I will implement the Google Tag Manager on the other conversions tracking also, then I will evaluate with the search console, so with using search console I can check my keyword ranking and tracking everything, so by manual checking I should have to check my robo text file and I should have to check my sitemap also, with using sitemap I can easily segregate my pages and I can easily tell my URL structure to Google, so it will be Google search engine can, search engine or algorithm can easily understand the URL structure that what I have mentioned in the topical map, so it is easy to convey it with the sitemap, so I will segregate it with hierarchy, with using, in WordPress we will use page parenting and child parenting, so for separate directory we will use custom post types, so for region pages we will use separate topics or silos, for categories and subcategories we will use, for categories and subcategories it will be a main topic and subtopics, so for that I will use the manual method, so this is all I will use for tracking SEO, and other than that there will be a, yeah I will use some cache plugins and security purpose plugins, if it is a web address I will use security purpose, if it is a HTML site I don't have to worry about it, or else if it is a single web application I shouldn't have to worry about the hacking and security issues, so first I will check the hosting and server side issues and I will track the 404 error, if it is a, if there are some pages of 404 errors I will redirect it to, with using a plugin or with using a htaccess file or with using a no tag, no index, no follow tag in HTML header, in header on that particular page I will use that no tag, no index tag, I can notice them and I will check the HTTPS also, and with using these kind of parameters I will, I will check the readme SEO.

    Yeah. 1st, I will create the email to approach the high authoritative based websites. I will approach them by email outreach, and, uh, I will create lots and lots of, uh, good quality, uh, pillar pages. So it will be included, uh, in photographs, pics, and, uh, images, and it's video videos. So it will, uh, multimedia purpose features. So it will, uh, attract the high quality or high high authority is based, uh, sites. So they will obviously if it's worth if it's a purposeful content or helpful content, they will obviously, uh, hang me back with, uh, but they will approach me back with that for that, uh, email outreach. For that email outreach, I will use, uh, chat GBT. For, uh, specific, I will target them with the specific approaches, specific capture. So with, uh, with by email outreach, I will get the I n 32 website backlinks.

    For mobile and, uh, restart the strategies, it will be a different target audience. It will be it will be totally different. There will be a, uh, different target audience, and, uh, there is a behavior will be a difference. So it will be more, uh, based on, uh, web designing. SEO and web designing based approach. So far, uh, for desktop for desktop, I will, uh, I will use a pop up on everything. But for mobile, I won't use a pop up or pop up pop up or anything. So I'll use the instead of that, I'll use the pop up, uh, ground ground based bottom there will be a bottom, uh, banner or something else. So if they want to, uh, minimize it, they they can minimize it with and, uh, from when it comes to strategy, I will use the strategy for, uh, desktop and mobile users. So

    First I will extract the sitemap, when I do the competitive analysis, first I will extract the site structure and for that site structure, I will go to the site and I will visibly whatever the categories that they are targeting and whatever the subcategories that they are targeting, I will note it down and then I will go to the, I will check the robotext file first. So with using, when I search the robotext file, I can easily navigate the sitemap. So with using sitemap, I can easily understand the hierarchy of website and I can easily break down the sites and the pages and posts and the categories and subcategories. So with using that, I can easily replicate the site and easily target that site and with the sitemap, I can easily structure my own site. So I will make the topical map using that site and I will make the keywords and I can easily able to cluster the keywords with using the competitive analysis. So first I will check the topical map or like a keyword research-based approach, then I will write down the ranking keywords, what they have, what are the keywords that they are ranked on, what are the, how many backlinks that they get for that particular page that they have ranked on and I will note it down for your particular list and I will break down those pillar pages and cornerstone pages separately and I will check the keywords pages also separately, like it is obviously blog post, then I will check the on-page SEO too and I will check their redirection and the server details too and for mobile optimization, for mobile and desktop, mobile website speed, I will translate it too for the experimental purpose and I will check the on-page optimization like their content outlines for the particular page, what are the content they are using, like what are the headlines they have covered it, what are the entities they have covered it, I will note it down. So based on that, I will make my sites uniquely or more helpful or quality-based site or page. So these are the factors that I will look into for my competitors.

    For sites performance, uh, I will say, uh, I've been practicing a approach, uh, currently. So when it comes to essential, I will I will tell the URL structure so it will easily, um, tell algorithm on a site engine that, uh, we have a hierarchy of websites. The URL will go like this. So it will easily communicate to search engine to rank our site best as best. So it will replicate it will reflect it on our site map too, so it will easily communicate it on, uh, site map too. So, uh, secondly, uh, then second factor is, uh, on page optimization. So on page optimization, in the sense, the content itself, what are the content we are targeting, and the intent is based. And if if we want if we want to cover the if we are writing the digital marketing based article, we should have to cover, uh, all the related terms that that we are all the entities that we are using for digital marketing, uh, channels, like, uh, social media and current marketing, blogging, affiliate marketing, and, uh, like, visiting SEO. Like, those those all of the entities will be we need to cover it, uh, for in that, uh, particular. And it should be, uh, useful and unique. And it should be, uh, accurate, you and objective based. So then after that, I'll I'll focus on the internal linkings. So it should be, uh, natural. It shouldn't be a spammy or, uh, and then I'll more focus on image, alt text. And, um, and I will I will cluster the keywords. I will 1st, I will cluster the keywords. Like, I'll I should I will write more and more articles on particular keywords. To to get authority, I will write more and more articles on more articles on particular, uh, keywords. So other than that, and I'll focus on the, uh, site speed 2, and the server I'll focus on server 2. And I will create the I will use a schema markup to get to know a search engine vector about our website. So and I will use, uh, and I will build needs based, uh, needs relative needs, uh, high authority backlinks, and they'll do PR. And I'll, uh, I will constantly, uh, use forums and the, uh, other, um, will command the other blog post with related releases. So so then that I will make, uh, I will make the contents of, uh, articles with the, um, relative author based comment. So the author should have direct, uh, citations on other's websites too. This would have produced other, uh, currents on other websites too for particular names, um, for targeting these too. So doing that, uh, I'll focus on technical SEO too for tracking and analyzing SEO.

    For products, we should have to, to beat the competitors on wellness-based product names. I will write more articles about wellness, I will cover topics for wellness-based content. So it will cover, I will write 1000 articles for wellness topic. So it will cover about that product and it will explain to users why they should have to buy that product and it will get, eventually it will get authoritative, authoritative for, from search engine too. Then for, to improve the sales traffic, I will use, it will be an e-commerce page, e-commerce site, so I will use a separate, if it's a lead-based site, I will use a separate page for every product. Or if it's an e-commerce site, I will use collections and I will use product pages for separate wellness products. So the corner page or the main page, main page of that site, it will be on-page, on-page optimized site. So I will corner that page and I will get more backings for that page and I will write the keyword density, I will name the keyword density for that page and I will write a unique and helpful comment for that page and I will use a meta, good meta title and a description for that, every products and yeah, this is it.

    Yeah. To get to get our, uh, to overcome a penalty, uh, I will do only one step. I will delete the complete site, and I will, uh, do it from the scratch. So that is the one, uh, one and best way to get, uh, get our overcome of penalty. If it's not a perfect site or, like, a if it's not a, uh, completely organized site, uh, I will move into the separate domain. I will use a separate domain for that, uh, traffic. Or else, I will continue that domain, but I will delete the delete the each and every article from that, uh, site. And I will use the articles from scratch, and I will use a unique and, uh, content purpose helpful from further in for that, uh, website. And, uh, I don't see if those comments are not a AI based comment or, like, if it's a useful comment only, but, it it was a mistakenly mistaken penalty. I will I will constantly improve improve my content. I will, uh, update my content regularly, and I will create the more and more articles for that industry, and I will prove my authority to, uh, uh, further my prove my authority to search engine to overcome a penalty.

    K. Uh, why search optimization strategy? It it is based on, FAQ or, like, a more, uh, the content is based on more spoken way content. So it will be it will not same as our traditional way, uh, traditional text based Canon. So it will be, uh, it will be totally different from the uh, when it comes to text based command, it will be like, uh, we are reading a book. So when it comes to voice sets, it will be like, uh, we are hearing a podcast. So the writing on the con based search will be totally different. So we have to follow the new strategy, new counter strategy that it will be a it will be friendly for both. Uh, if you want to hear the voice, it it should be, uh, friendly. And if you if you want to read the comment, it should be friendly. So it will be, like, more likely we have to should have to write the comment, which is double pop both, uh, instance.

    Okay. When it comes to, I will use the keyword density properly. So I have a method, and I have a method, uh, for that, uh, intent is based approach. Uh, when I create the content, I will I will segregate the, uh, content, and I will, uh, I will write down the topics that the type should have to cover for the for to rank that particular keyword or particular, uh, search query. So first, I will cover those topics, then I will, uh, approach with that keyword density. So with that keyword density, I I'll know, uh, I'll calculate the word word count first, then I will approach that, uh, keyword density. Like, uh, how many times I will duplicate the 2 web keyword or 3 web keyword or 4 web keywords. So it still works for me, and it still, uh, data training for my websites and my clients. That's it. So, uh, for for on page optimization on page optimization or on page, uh, configuration. I'll use, uh, keyword density for more, and I will use a short content on the FAQ based content, and, uh, search query or search engine based content.
