I am Mohammed Kalam. I am an SEO specialist. I have been working as an SEO specialist for about 7 years. I started my SEO career by blogging. In my free time, I used to blog a lot. Initially, I blogged over 50 times. I managed more than 50 blogs on WordPress. That's how I learned web designing and other digital marketing platforms, as well as digital marketing channels. Using AdSense and Affiliate Marketing, I earned money from blogging. Then I joined a digital marketing agency. There, I learned about SOPs and processes for SEO and other marketing channels. In the digital marketing agency, I learned about some programming languages and how to develop websites. I also learned about Facebook and Instagram. I am skilled at managing tag managers for conversion tracking. I used to manage GA3 and GA4. Through blogging, I entered the field of digital marketing. When I switched to a digital marketing agency, I stopped blogging. I used blogging as a means to experiment with SEO. I currently use blogging sites for experimentation purposes. I am currently working for a company called English Partner. It's a startup edtech company. I have been handling more than 5 websites here. I can handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. From keyword research to publishing content on a website and managing it, I can do it all on my own. I have been leading a team here for about 8 years. The team has 8 members. I am the SEO lead here. I have been handling the web designing and digital marketing teams here. This concludes my interview.
1st, I will do the top priorities work. Like, I first will complete the foundation plan. To achieve the result as good as possible, we have to complete a foundation plan properly. To complete the foundation plan, it will be included with all the articles; it will be there. So we will get within 2 days or 3 days, by quick and efficient way for research, we can come to know that particular niche. If we have to separate the niche by main topics and subtopics, and we'll separate the pages, Then, we can get the top topical related keywords and bases are separately. We'll then cluster the topics, then I will arrange the URL structures too. Then, I will make the contact template too, so it will make it easier for kernel things. By that process, when I make the process, it's like it will be like a checklist. It will include a checklist on the SOPs. So, when other teams are involved, they won't get distracted, so they will follow the checklist and the SOPs. So it will be as simple. So we will make it a hard work only. So we have to follow if I want to achieve within a 4 to 5 months, part of that particular SEO campaign. I will if I have to meet my competitor, if they have written a thousand articles, if you want to write a thousand articles in particular in particular for 5 months, I will calculate it, and I will publish the article by silo by silo. Within a day, I will complete other particular article numbers. Then within 4 to 5 months, I will prioritize that, all the stuffs, like schema markup and image, images, all tags, and other things. I'm focusing on this issue. And I'll currently make a plan for after this year too. And if you want to achieve it within our 4 to 5 months, we have to approach our PRs too. So we have to do the press release too. So it will be in authority within that particular period. So other than that, we need a proper process to achieve it within our project segments. That's what I do.
For SEO technical SEO, I will use Page Insights for website speed. I will use SEMrush for tracking backlinks on other activities. I will use schema markup for schema activities, either through the schema markup plugin or schema markup HTML tags. Additionally, I have a manual method for technical SEO. It involves removing unwanted CSS and JS, which affects website speed, and checking Coral Vitals to improve site speed and other metrics. I will also implement analytics using Google Tag Manager, and check Google Tag Manager to implement analytics and conversion tracking. Then, I will evaluate with the search console to check my keyword ranking and track everything. By manual checking, I will review my robots.txt file and my sitemap. Using a sitemap, I can easily segregate my pages and tell my URL structure to Google, so the search engine can easily understand the URL structure that I have mentioned in my topical map. I will segregate it with hierarchy, using page parenting and child parenting in WordPress. I will use custom post types for separate directories, and use separate topics or silos for region pages. For categories and subcategories, I will use main topics and subtopics. I will use the manual method for that. This is all I will use for tracking SEO. Additionally, I will use some cache plugins and security purpose plugins. If it's a web address, I will use security purposes. If it's an HTML site, I don't have to worry about it. If it's a single web application, I shouldn't have to worry about hacking and security issues. First, I will check the hosting and server side issues, and track the 404 error. If there are some pages with 404 errors, I will redirect them, using a plugin or a htaccess file, or using a noindex, nofollow tag in the HTML header on that particular page. I will also check the HTTPS, and using these parameters, I will check the website's overall SEO.
Yes, 1st, I will create the email to approach high-authoritative based websites. I will approach them by email outreach and create lots of good quality pillar pages. These will include photographs, pics, and images, as well as videos, for multimedia purposes. This will attract high-authority based sites, and if the content is purposeful and helpful, they will obviously respond by reaching back out with an email. For this email outreach, I will use chat GPT. Specifically, I will target them with specific approaches and specific capture. By email outreach, I will get backlinks from 32 websites.
For mobile and restart strategies, it will be a different target audience. It will be totally different. There will be a different target audience, and there is a behavior that will be different. So it will be more based on web designing and SEO approach. So far for desktop, I will use a pop-up on everything. But for mobile, I won't use a pop-up or anything. So I'll use the pop-up ground-based bottom, there will be a bottom banner or something else. If they want to minimize it, they can minimize it. When it comes to strategy, I will use the strategy for desktop and mobile users.
I will extract the sitemap, when I do the competitive analysis, first I will extract the site structure. For that site structure, I will go to the site and visibly note down whatever categories they are targeting and whatever subcategories they are targeting. Then I will go to the robotext file first. By using the robotext file, I can easily navigate the sitemap. With the sitemap, I can easily understand the hierarchy of the website and break down the sites and pages, posts and categories and subcategories. With that, I can easily replicate the site and target it. Using the sitemap, I can easily structure my own site. I will make a topical map using that site and make keywords and easily cluster the keywords using the competitive analysis. First, I will check the topical map or the keyword research-based approach. Then I will write down the ranking keywords, what keywords they have, what keywords they are ranked on, how many backlinks they get for that particular page they have ranked on. I will note it down in a particular list and break down those pillar pages and cornerstone pages separately. I will check the keywords pages separately, like blog posts. Then I will check the on-page SEO and check their redirection and server details too. For mobile optimization, for mobile and desktop, I will check the website speed. I will translate it for experimental purposes and check the on-page optimization, like their content outlines for the particular page, what content they are using, what headlines they have covered, what entities they have covered. I will note it down. Based on that, I will make my site uniquely or more helpful or quality-based. These are the factors I will look into for my competitors.
For site performance, I will say, I've been practicing an approach currently. So when it comes to essential, I will tell the URL structure so it will easily tell the algorithm on a site engine that we have a hierarchy of websites. The URL will go like this. So it will easily communicate to search engines to rank our site best. So it will replicate it will reflect it on our site map too, so it will easily communicate it on the site map too. So, secondly, the second factor is on-page optimization. On-page optimization, in the sense, the content itself, what are the topics we are targeting, and the intent is based. And if we want to cover the topic, if we are writing a digital marketing-based article, we should cover all the related terms that we are using for digital marketing channels, like social media and current marketing, blogging, affiliate marketing, and visiting SEO. Like, those all of the entities will be covered for that particular topic. And it should be useful and unique. And it should be accurate and objective-based. So then after that, I'll focus on internal linking. It should be natural. It shouldn't be spammy, and then I'll focus more on image alt text. And I will cluster the keywords. I will first cluster the keywords. Like, I'll write more and more articles on particular keywords. To get authority, I will write more and more articles on particular keywords. So other than that, and I'll focus on site speed and the server. And I will use schema markup to get to know a search engine's vector about our website. So, and I will use needs-based, needs-relative high-authority backlinks, and they'll do PR. And I'll constantly use forums and other blog posts with related releases. So then that I will make the contents of articles with relative author-based comments. So the author should have direct citations on other's websites too. This would have produced other currents on other websites too for particular names, for targeting these too. So doing that, I'll focus on technical SEO too for tracking and analyzing SEO.
For products, we should have to beat the competitors on wellness-based product names. I will write more articles about wellness, covering topics for wellness-based content. So, it will cover 1000 articles on wellness topics. This will cover the product and explain to users why they should buy that product, which will eventually make it authoritative, both from search engines too. Then, to improve sales traffic, I will use an e-commerce page, an e-commerce site. I will use a separate page for every product, or if it's a lead-based site, or use collections and product pages for separate wellness products. The main page of that site will be on-page optimized. I will focus on that page and get more traffic for that page. I will write the keyword density for that page, name the keyword density for that page, and write a unique and helpful comment for that page. I will use a good meta title and description for every product.
Yeah. To get out of a penalty, I will do only one step. I will delete the complete site and do it from scratch. So that is the one and best way to overcome a penalty. If it's not a perfect site or like if it's not a completely organized site, I will move it to a separate domain. I will use a separate domain for that traffic. Or else, I will continue that domain, but I will delete each and every article from that site. And I will use the articles from scratch, and I will use unique and content that's helpful from then on for that website. And I don't see if those comments are not AI-based comments or like if they're useful comments only, but I think the penalty was mistakenly given. I will constantly improve my content. I will update my content regularly, and I will create more and more articles for that industry, and I will prove my authority to search engines to overcome a penalty.
Why search optimization strategy? It is based on FAQ or a more spoken way content. So it will not be the same as our traditional text-based canon. So it will be totally different from the traditional text-based command, it will be like we are reading a book. So when it comes to voice sets, it will be like we are hearing a podcast. So the writing on the content-based search will be totally different. We have to follow the new strategy, a new counter strategy that will be friendly for both. If you want to hear the voice, it should be friendly. And if you want to read the comment, it should be friendly. So it will be like, more likely we have to write the comment which is double-purposed for both instances.
When it comes to keyword density, I will use it properly. So I have a method, and I have a method for that intent-based approach. When I create the content, I will segregate the content and write down the topics that the type should cover to rank that particular keyword or search query. So first, I will cover those topics, then I will approach with the keyword density. With that keyword density, I'll calculate the word count first, then approach it with the keyword density. Like, how many times I will duplicate the two web keyword or three web keyword or four web keywords. So it still works for me, and it still trains my websites and my clients' data. That's it. For on-page optimization or on-page configuration, I'll use keyword density for more, and I will use short content on the FAQ-based content and search query or search engine-based content.
