Architected and implemented high-throughput gRPC services using Go to automate the ENACH mandate lifecycle, facilitating seamless registration and billing in partnership with NPCI and Yes Bank. Deployed Apache SkyWalking for distributed tracing and performance monitoring; implemented SkyWalking Satellite as a communication proxy to offload telemetry processing, ensuring zero performance impact on core services. Engineered a distributed retry mechanism using RabbitMQ and Go, utilizing exponential backoff (5, 15, 30+ min intervals) to recover dropped transactions and improve mandate success rates. Developed robust cron-based recovery services in Go and MySQL to handle transaction fallbacks, ensuring 100% data consistency across mandate registration stages. Designed real-time observability dashboards in Grafana to monitor ENACH transaction health, latency, and success metrics, significantly reducing MTTR for production issues. Built high-performance REST APIs for automated document verification (Aadhar, PAN, Passport) and developed a Credit/Debit card scanning module using RapidOCR; optimized OCR efficiency by integrating Machine Learning models for pre-processing and field extraction.

Developed a Full Stack web app for college onboarding using VueJs, Go (Gin), and MongoDB. Integrated secure payment interfaces and built dynamic forms with flexible input controls driven by backend metadata.

Configured Elasticsearch for high-speed record searching by indexing data from PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. Debugged Python Django and ReactJs codebases while implementing unit tests and Storybook components for UI consistency.
