Recruiting participants, conducting user interviews, concept testing, and user testing for short and long-term projects. Mentoring and conducting workshops to unite all the stakeholders for research and design decisions of the company.

Worked with Designit and Wipro clients to build engaging banking experiences for their customers with a multi-disciplinary team of designers. Focused on monthly sprints, customer user flows, research planning, interviews, and user testing. Worked on Designit internal projects for better collaboration, organization, and advancement of the design team.

As part of the product design team, I worked on HDFC Lifes B2B & B2C products. HDFC life chatbot, Life insurance products, 3rd party applications, and built platforms for HDFC Life employees such as Click2wellness and Vehicle sharing during covid. Designing user interfaces and testing prototypes with potential users and sharing insights with the team

Worked on graduation project Safe Cities Conducted Surveys, Ethnographic Research, and Design Thinking workshops

As part of the product team, I worked on building the website and app interface. Collaborated with sales and marketing teams to build creative strategies.
