  • Major technological upgrade for udChalo mobile apps to allow update on Google Play store and Apple app store. Cordova, angular and android/ios sdk upgrade. This helped the company big time to able to push new apps on time and retain customers. Lead the Payments integration for Paytm gateway (previously razorpay used), implemented bank coupons and discounts module. Co-ordinated the solution building collaboration with paytm team. Worked for the integration of customer engagement & marketing tool MoEnagage for the mobile app and web app and POC to integrate Microsoft Clarity. Newly defined data points and flows in MoEngage helped in analyzing customer engagement, understand user dropouts and customer retargeting as well as helped in marketing various offers though its email and bulk push notification services. Analysis and POC for the application performance management (APM) tool Datadog. Integrated Datadog for APM and logs monitoring of few of the services. Carried on the activity to configure smart alerts for critical data paths involving direct financial impact, booking and payment services.
