Built a scalable personalized video generation system for a BFSI client, processing 10 Lakh+ videos/day using Go, Pub/Sub, FFmpeg, and token bucket rate limiting for optimal third-party API utilization. Architected and implemented a scalable challenge system supporting 10,000+ creators, integrating automated face detection, disclaimer checks, and social profile verification reducing manual moderation workload by 87%. Engineered a Firestore-powered chat platform for group and direct messaging among creators, boosting in-platform engagement by 41%. Built a dynamic payment service integrating Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, and Stripe, enabling gateway switching and one-click payment links; integrated with ZOHO invoicing to process 50 Lakh+ monthly transactions. Deployed AWS-based microservice infrastructure from scratch (ECS, ELB, EC2, Service Discovery, Docker), achieving 99.9% uptime and supporting 10K+ concurrent users. Developed an event pipeline using SQS, BigQuery, and Golang consumers, processing 7,000+ events/min with <200ms latency. Created backend architecture for brand dashboard (Target AI, Purchase Flow, Social Post Automation Calendar, Growth AI dashboard), enabling brands to track and optimize performance marketing in real time. Implemented media management via S3 + CloudFront CDN, a notification service (WhatsApp + Firebase) for brand/creator updates, a referral program for creators, and a support/ticketing system via self-hosted Chatwoot.

Migrated two legacy microservices from Node.js to Go, reducing latency by 50%, cutting monthly costs by 1.25 crore, and decreasing pod usage while improving resiliency. Designed and implemented a real-time activity tracking system for ShareChats Group feature using Google Pub/Sub and Dataflow, enabling admins to assign reviewers and enforce group guidelines. Built rolling 7-, 14-, and 30-day leaderboards for users, admins, and reviewers by aggregating events in Redis Sorted Sets for instant lookups, while persisting full historical data in Bigtable for long-term analytics. Owned backend development for key social media features (Trending Tags, Explore, Tag Feed, Group Feed, Group Tags, Content Verticalization), driving 35% increase in feature adoption. Engineered Mojs backend infrastructure from inception, delivering the Explore and Tag Feed modules that supported 22 million daily active users. Led backend hiring and mentored interns/junior SDEs, improving onboarding efficiency and enhancing code quality across the team. Developed Idea-box, an internal engagement tool allowing employees to share and react to ideas, built with Go, Spanner, and Redis the first Spanner-based and Go-based service adopted by the team.
