Hi. This is Pritam Kumar. I'm a UI UX designer. I pursued my design degree from NIFT Chennai, India. It was a four years complete bachelor's degree. Until date, I have industrial experience of ten years in retail as well as IT companies, IT services and consulting. So I have designed products of multiple domains, like ecommerce, FinTech, any other, like, ecommercees and, for the pharmacies and all. The FMCG app have developed the delivery application or the admin website. So I have experiences in Android as well as iOS for both the mobile and website. So this was my, wow, introduction, and background, like, what I have done through and what I am doing right now. So currently, I'm working as a UI UX designer in Datametix Global Services Limited, which is a IT servicing consulting company, and our clients are mostly of USA. So that's it. I'm looking for a new role to develop my skills. And whatever skills I have, I can contribute to any organization and help them grow. Thank you.
So before developing wireframe, according to the product requirement, we create assets which are reusable so that it can be used throughout the platform or the mobile or websites so that we can maintain the consistency. So the other designers who are working on that project, they can use the similar icons or the con whatever the components are there so that we can maintain count, consistency throughout the application. So after the UI, we make we do ideate for the two team members. We check the usability and the you is it the product usable or not? So we use tool like Figma, which has a very good function of collaboration. So through that, we develop wireframing. And after that, we move to prototype where we make the real time we check the real time touch point. And if we can reduce it to make it to make helpful for customers or make the product seamlessly and usable for our customers. So because the user it the product has to be user centric product because it has to be used by multiple users. So we almost check the usability by
Generally, we don't follow the customers. We follow any of the five to six users. Or we use, we test the product among our team members. We keep five to six members. But, generally, if you are testing any product to five to six members, almost we are, testing throughout the all the mindset of the customers. So according to that, we test our products and, rectify the problems or optimize the products. We reduce the clickability and, so that the users can reach their goal or accomplish their goal within a limited period of time. Yeah. Thank you.
Like, currently, I was working for a IT services and consulting organization where our clients were mostly of USA. They were asking us to develop products for their customers. Few of them were asking to optimize their websites to increase the retention of their customers. So I have developed their I've revamped their products, and in result, the their retention of their customers were increased, and the engagement user engagement was increased, because I implemented gamification on their product. And due to that, the engagement the product engagement the user engagement was increased. And, because of that, the retention of users were also increased. So I this way by this way, I took the customers as a priority and, keeping attention to their accomplishment of their goals to make the ROI of the product higher. Thank you.
Yes. We are having customer's data on our system. So what we did like, we have customer's data, like, how much they order, how much, their abilities to make an order, what are their card size, what are their buying behavior. So through this, in my last organization where I was working with a start up, I developed, an application for a salesperson where I gave them a target for each particular customers because we are knowing the customer's buying behavior, what are their capability of, making their cart size. So I prioritize those users for the two salesperson we were showing, what are the customers' capabilities so that they can push or they can ask them to order frequently or to increase their size of, their basket size. So by this way, we were inter incentivizing the salesperson if they are making bringing more orders for a particular customers. So we were giving targets based priorities to those salesperson to bring orders for the from the particular customer. So this way, I use the data what we have in our what we are having in our system so that we can increase our selling and increase the
Like in my the same startup for a b two b FMCG product where we were having, customer's data. I found that customers were uninstalling the application very quickly after downloading the application. So I went through a research and found that, the customers downloaded the our application because they wanted to earn by selling. So that product that the company has a feature of reselling of product, and the users can earn commission on that. So but they were not knowing after downloading, they were not getting any point how they can make a commission or how they can earn through our application. So that time, TikTok or the reels were in trend. So I implemented a video, tutorial so that how they can earn. And after doing that, I implemented a real section on our application where after downloading, users can go through the tutorials and learn how they can earn from our application so that they don't just uninstall our application. So by after implementing those videos or video clips of tutorials, our user retention were increased. And they started, engaging with our products and, started taking benefits from our product or through the reselling feature of our product.
Like, for UI designers, I was having a team of designers, like graphic designers. They were mainly making banners, templates, or emailers for customers because for the customers, whatever touch points are there, first, they come to our application or download our application through the text messages or advertisements, what were we were providing them on social networking. So for UI designers from UI designer, I was, asking them to make the banners or something which was so which was so which has to be so impactful so that customer can interact with it and download our application or take benefit of our application, or whatever we are proposing them on their poster or the banners that they can get on our application. So I was managing two, three graphic designers or UI designer. By them, I was also making few components of if I'm I was about to implement gamification or our product. So I was asking them to make or I was getting them done the UI components of gamification, how an animation can be done, or how GIF patterns, like, for splash screen and all, how it can be done. So I was managing UI designers like this, like, how we can bring customers to our application or how we can increase the customer size on our application for our brand. Thank you.
