    Developed an AI agent for the Support team to autonomously resolve network alarms using the Agentic framework, including LangGraph and Python. Built a network troubleshooting tool for network engineers using PyQt and FastAPI, with Celery for task queuing and parallel execution, enabling end-to-end troubleshooting of network devices. Independently developed a Windows application to test various SASE features, including SSL inspection, IDPS scans, and malware detection, using Python and the Qt framework. Developed a web application serving as a virtual proof-of-concept (PoC) environment, enabling new customers to test features prior to onboarding.
