Developed an AI agent for the Support team to autonomously resolve network alarms using the Agentic framework, including LangGraph and Python. Built a network troubleshooting tool for network engineers using PyQt and FastAPI, with Celery for task queuing and parallel execution, enabling end-to-end troubleshooting of network devices. Independently developed a Windows application to test various SASE features, including SSL inspection, IDPS scans, and malware detection, using Python and the Qt framework. Developed a web application serving as a virtual proof-of-concept (PoC) environment, enabling new customers to test features prior to onboarding. Developed multiple automations for the SD-WAN product using Python, including Netmiko-based network automation and Selenium-based web automation.

Developed multiple automation for different network orchestration such as Load Balancers, ACI and firewalls of different vendors in Python. Developed efficient codes using multi-processing and different OOP concepts to handle a very large quantity of Data. Integrated multiple tools like Ansible Tower, Service Now and Jira through Rest API for creating end-to-end automation in Python. Worked on Chatbot conversational AI with advanced NLU for developers and non-developers with cutting-edge intent detection and Entity recognition. Highly contributed to the NER part which also included Fine-tuning the model for better results. Built Inhouse tools with Django for the Backend and React for the front end. Communicated with customers to deliver clear, helpful advice to technical and non-technical users.

Heuristic Algorithms for Co-scheduling of Edge Analytics and Routes for UAV Fleet Missions. Published in INFOCOM 2021. Autonomous navigation allows drones to visit waypoints and accomplish activities as part of their mission.
