The Murena.com Shop Website is an e-commerce platform built on the WordPress platform. As the Tech Lead for this project, my primary responsibilities encompassed overseeing the development process, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of the website.

Key Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Development: I led the development efforts for the Murena.com Shop Website, utilizing WordPress as the content management system (CMS). This involved creating and customizing themes and plugins to meet the project's requirements.

2. Team Coordination: I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to gather their specific requirements. This collaboration helped to identify opportunities for enhancing the website's functionality and user experience.

3. Requirements Analysis: I conducted in-depth analyses of the Marketing and Sales teams' requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs. This process informed the development of new modules and features to support their goals.

4. Module and Functionality Development: Based on the insights gained from requirements analysis, I led the development of new modules and functionalities for the website. This included implementing features to enhance product listings, shopping cart functionality, and user account management.

5. Issue Resolution: Throughout the project's lifecycle, I played a key role in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arose. This included debugging code, addressing performance issues, and ensuring the website's stability.

Project Impact:

The efforts undertaken as a Tech Lead on the Murena.com Shop Website project resulted in a more robust and user-friendly e-commerce platform. By aligning technology with the needs of the Marketing and Sales teams, the website was able to attract and retain more customers, ultimately contributing to increased sales and revenue for Murena.com.

Project: Murena Cloud Solutions

Role: Senior Full Stack Developer

1. Development in VueJS and Nextcloud (Symfony), Core PHP:

- Lead development efforts in VueJS and Nextcloud, which is based on Symfony framework, along with Core PHP.

- Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable cloud solutions.

- Actively contribute to the core development team, participating in the design and implementation of new features.

- Work on continuous improvements and optimizations for existing cloud services.

3. Cloud Services Management:

- Play a pivotal role in the management of cloud services provided by Murena Cloud Solutions.

4. Application Development:

- Develop and enhance various applications such as calendar, drive, mailing systems, contacts, groups, and other functionalities to provide a comprehensive suite of cloud services similar to those offered by Google.

5. UI Development:

- Lead the UI development efforts to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for Murena's cloud applications.

- Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to implement UI/UX improvements.

HopOnIndia.com is a digital platform that leverages cloud technology and mobile apps to enhance visitor experiences at museums and monuments worldwide. The platform offers a digital journey through well-known destinations and the capability to create custom apps for various cultural sites.

Project Title: DrBatra's Calendar API with Admin Portal

Project Duration: September 2019 - October 2019

Project Description:

DrBatra's Calendar API with Admin Portal was a project aimed at enhancing the efficiency of managing patient appointments and prescriptions. The primary goal of this project was to develop an API that would allow the confirmation of patient availability and enable the scheduling of prescription times into a calendar system. For example, the system needed to support scenarios like scheduling medications to be taken three times a day for a repeating 20-day period.

Role & Responsibility: Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Development of API and Portal: Developed the core API and the associated admin portal using the Yii2 framework. This involved creating the necessary endpoints for confirming patient availability and integrating the calendar system for prescription scheduling.

2. Client Communication: Acted as a key point of contact between the development team and the client. Ensured that client requirements were understood, documented, and effectively translated into technical specifications.

3. Gathering Requirements: Conducted thorough requirement gathering sessions with the client to understand their needs and expectations. Documented these requirements and ensured they were reflected in the project's design and development.

4. Delivering and Demonstrating Milestones: Worked on breaking down the project into manageable milestones and consistently delivered and demonstrated progress to the client. This helped in maintaining transparency and managing client expectations.

5. Code Development and Maintenance: Wrote, tested, and maintained program code to meet the system's requirements, adhering to system designs and technical specifications. Ensured that the code met quality standards and was scalable for future enhancements.

This project required a combination of technical skills, effective communication, and project management to successfully deliver the Calendar API and Admin Portal. The Yii2 framework was chosen as the technology stack to build these components, providing a robust foundation for the desired functionalities.

The project contributed to improving the overall patient experience by streamlining appointment scheduling and medication management, making it more convenient for both patients and healthcare providers.

Project Title: BPM Supreme LLC Website Development (08.2015 - 01.2016)

Project Description:

During the period from August 2015 to January 2016, I was part of the team responsible for the development of the bpmsupreme.com website. BPM Supreme LLC aimed to provide a high-quality music platform catering to DJs, producers, and artists, equipping them with the tools to excel in their respective careers. Additionally, the website served as a trusted source for industry news and content.

Role & Responsibility: Software Developer

Responsibilities and Achievements:

- Technology Stack: The website was developed using the CodeIgniter framework with AngularJS for front-end development. We utilized Amazon AWS for storage and other cloud-based services.

- Single-Handed Development: I took on the responsibility of single-handedly developing the entire project in AngularJS, which involved creating the user interface and ensuring seamless user experiences.

- Code Development: My role primarily involved writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs, and technical specifications. This was done in accordance with quality-accredited standards, ensuring the website's reliability and performance.

- Collaboration: While I was the primary developer for the front-end using AngularJS, I worked collaboratively with the team to integrate it with the CodeIgniter back-end. This seamless integration allowed for the smooth functioning of the platform.

- Scalability and Performance: Ensured that the website was designed to be scalable and performant, meeting the demands of a growing user base.

- User Experience: Focused on creating an engaging and intuitive user experience for DJs, producers, and artists who used the platform. This involved responsive design principles to cater to users on various devices.

- Data Management: Utilized Amazon AWS for efficient data storage and retrieval, ensuring the platform's reliability and speed.
