Spearheaded the integration of third-party onboarding, enabling seamless onboarding by partners like Peach through secure API interfaces. Owned the web onboarding service, developed new experimentation features, and created a dedicated experiment service for A/B testing. Created end-to-end web onboarding and cross-sell flow for loans and credit cards, boosting revenue by 30% for loans and 10% for cards. Developed Fraud check flow on Federal Card for onboarding existing-to-bank customers, increasing quality customer conversions by 20%. Migrated Equifax Data pipeline from AWS lambda to more robust Akka-based Scala service which reduced operational cost by 1Cr INR/year.

Designed and built a Free Health Insurance flow for Loans and Investor customers which increased daily policy by 100% to 300 policies/day. Integrated internal experimentation framework and ran experiments in the pre-purchase flow to increase sales by 50% to 150 policies/day. Developed a backend feature for allowing porting of external health insurance policies to Navi, that increased daily sales by 20 policies/day. Migrated the hardcoded chat-based pre-purchase journey in app to the backend-powered form journey for Super Top Up Health Insurance. Introduced a Backend-For-Frontend service layer with widgetization support that allowed backend-driven modification of mobile widgets. Optimised policy APIs by refactoring code, reducing redundant micro-service API calls and rewriting DB calls to reduce API by ~50% to ~1s.

Developed core micro-services to facilitate transferring ~10TBs of data daily using StreamSets and ApacheNifi, required for ad-campaigns. Migrated backend engine for data transfer from StreamSets to ApacheNifi and added support for data transfer across different data sources. Designed a data health monitoring system to track performance, health, and compliance of data transfers and alert stakeholders of issues.

Developed an internal ETL automation tool (Studio) used by analysts for scheduling 2,000+ daily workflows to get data for ad campaigns. Implemented various major UI features- workflow creation & discovery, dataset discovery, executor API optimization and access control. Introduced writing UTs in React and ITs in Karate framework for API testing in microservices, increasing test coverage in services to 75%.
