Europe Documents Hub

Created reusable code for the Search Screen, Dashboard, and Requestor Upload Form, where columns and fields were dynamically populated via JSON. Designed a Search Screen for direct uploads and a Requestor Screen for document submissions with an approval process. Approved documents became searchable in the Search Screen. Utilized SharePoint Asset Provisioning for automated list creation, ensuring a scalable backend.

Underwriting library Manuscripts

    Developed a Manuscript Creation Platform for document generation using templates. Built search, request, and approval screens with JSON-driven grids and forms using SPFx. Implemented distinct roles: Requestor and Legal. Requestors could create manuscript requests via a dynamic form, while Legal users reviewed, modified, and approved/rejected requests. Approved requests triggered a Power Automate flow that generated a Word document using predefined templates from the library, with fields dynamically populated from the form.

DocTranslation

    Developed a SharePoint-based platform enabling users to translate Word and PDF files, including scanned documents, into any language using Azure AI Translation Services. Files are uploaded to a SharePoint library, triggering a Power Automate flow that transfers them to Azure Blob Storage. The Azure AI service processes the translation, stores the result in Blob Storage, and the Power Automate flow retrieves the translated file content to create a new file in the SharePoint library. The solution ensures seamless file translation with automation and integration across SharePoint and Azure services.
