Perform, plan and co-ordinate the following for complex studies:

o(i) the programming, testing, and documentation of statistical programs for use in creating statistical tables, figures, and listing (TLF) summaries, CDISC SDTM and ADaM data mappings and

o(ii) the programming of analysis databases (derived datasets) and transfers of data for internal and external clients. May perform and plan the programming of database quality control checks.

Program and plan the integration of databases from multiple studies or sources.

Reviews Case Report forms (CRF/eCRF) and provides comments.

Provides accurate, effective and timely communication of clinical study and statistical output to internal & external stakeholders.

Managed Portfolio of International Banking Group (IBG) having 9 lakh customer base where I lead and developed more than 20 Reports by doing business analysis and data queries using SQL and SAS

Responsible for extracting, analyzing and/or presenting the data in response to routine, ad hoc queries and/or special studies for IBG locations

Ensure reports are scheduled, audited and delivered according to client expectations and established SLAs

Develops, implements, maintains and updates data access and data use protocols for organization and oversees the data agreement process and documents for IBG locations

Responsible for Data Integration to Data Ware House from desperate sources to ensure the correct data availability for Data Analysis for IBG locations

Responsible for coordinating Marketing Campaign tasks with the Campaign Team, Database team and Business team and communicate status

Responsible for ensuring the data of IBG locations is protected as per the acts like GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act), PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)

Managed Portfolio of NRI, ETRG and Remittance Groups having 10 lakh customer base where I lead and developed more than 10 Reports by doing business analysis and data queries using SQL and SAS

Worked closely with NRI, ETRG and Remittance Groups Product team to developed many reports to analyze the different key metrics like CASA MEB and TD growth

Our Reports has helped Business team to achieve annual revenue growth by 20-30 percent

Streamlined the automation process of reports, almost 70-80 percent of them got scheduled and released automatically till branch level
