Revamped an existing environment provisioning pipeline working with individual ownership. Developed and integrated new monitoring and testing solutions, so that all company policies and procedures were followed. Daily activities include creating builds for multiple projects, deploying the artifacts in multiple environments, and debugging issues. Handled overloads on servers, discovered unused systems and monitored and managed the live application. Monitor the health of application servers, disk usage & other statistics using Monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana, Dynatrace. Lead a team to automate the deployment pipeline using Git and Azure DevOps. Lead a team of six engineers in automating various day-to-day tasks for SRE operations. Maintained git Repositories, Handling Releases and Branching activities for Azure services. Build, administer, and troubleshoot all mission critical environments (Production, Stage, Dev, Test, QA). Provided system support to clients, troubleshot and fixed bugs and errors, and resolved any Infra related issues. Plan, schedule, test and perform software installation and upgrades. Built pipelines for environment provisioning in Azure DevOps for application in Kubernetes Clusters.

Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM operational processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Service Improvements. Experience and Excellent Exposure in Query tuning, built complex queries using SQL and wrote stored procedures using PL/SQL. Maintain platforms up to date with Security, OS, DB, WAS & IHS and 3rd party patches. Good experience In Webservers, Tomcat and Web sphere, including application deployments, upgrades, patching, configurations. Develop, maintain, and support Disaster Recovery plans and annual exercise. Hands on experience on Monitoring tool like AppDynamics, Splunk, and writing custom queries to support application monitoring. Interacted with the business users, collected the requirements, analysis the requirements, design and recommend solutions. Manage and perform the business analysis work associated with change requests, projects, and production issues. (Project Management, SDLC, Change Requests). May provide support to higher level managers or serve as a team member on complex projects. Perform system configurations, develop scripts and other technologies to automate business workflow, improve productivity and reduce costs. Provide release management-related input to Application Development and QA teams from test cycles to production. Provide support for the testing and QA of new and existing items under development or consideration. Take ownership of operational issues and perform both short-term resolution, and development of preventive measures for the longer term.
