Maintain platforms up to date with Security, OS, DB, WAS & IHS and 3rd party patches. Good experience In Webservers, Tomcat and Web sphere, including application deployments, upgrades, patching, configurations. Develop, maintain, and support Disaster Recovery plans and annual exercise. Hands on experience on Monitoring tool like AppDynamics, Splunk, and writing custom queries to support application monitoring. Interacted with the business users, collected the requirements, analysis the requirements, design and recommend solutions. Manage and perform the business analysis work associated with change requests, projects, and production issues. (Project Management, SDLC, Change Requests). May provide support to higher level managers or serve as a team member on complex projects. Perform system configurations, develop scripts and other technologies to automate business workflow, improve productivity and reduce costs. Provide release management-related input to Application Development and QA teams from test cycles to production. Provide support for the testing and QA of new and existing items under development or consideration. Take ownership of operational issues and perform both short-term resolution, and development of preventive measures for the longer term.
