Successfully led the delivery of Oracle NetSuite ERP (Core and Scaffolding Rental Module) project from inception to completion, having role of administrator and ensuring a smooth implementation process. Motivate cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Co-ordinate for Configuring the system setup and data migration from old 3 different ERP system. Modules implemented are Quote to Order, Order t cash, Procure to Pay, WMS, Production, Fixed Asset Management, HRMS-Payroll, Finance (GL,AP,AR, Cash and Bank). Configured NetSuite as end users need and managed including administration, custom fields and record, workflow to meet company requirements. Also responsible for providing MIS reports (search reports and saved reports, NetSuite Analytics for Data analysis) to users and management. Expertly managed and customized the MATRICS ERP System, PIMS ERP, and iRent ERP, ensuring smooth operation by mitigating risks. Effectively managed the purchasing of all software systems, hardware, and other IT supplies at the company level, resulting in significant cost savings by 25%. Ensured that all IT equipment, programs, processes, applications, and IT security to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring that the company's valuable information and assets were always protected.

Managed and Converted MATRICS ERP from Oracle Forms and Reports 10g to Oracle 11g Forms and Reports using Weblogic server. Supervised the administration and troubleshooting of the company's network infrastructure, 4 Servers, VPN connectivity between 10 companies through FORTINET Firewall, along with all devices and printers and other peripheral equipment while adhering to IT support procedures, best practices, SOPs, and other IT guidelines. Managed IT Asset Management, selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary to save company cost by 40%.

Implemented the MATRICS ERP successfully to the Site of GOLF Scaffolding Factory LLC and its sister concerns. Also Implemented the same ERP for Mohammed Hajji Group Ajman for its 22 trading branches in UAE and OMAN. Led the Project to upgrade MATRICS ERP from Oracle forms 6i/9i to Oracle 10g Forms and reports.

Steering the control and monitoring of MATRICS ERP solutions across 25 branches with a team of 5 personnel. Chief focus was on managing, enhancing, of the system in all branches. Successfully developed and implemented the data warehousing project.

Managed the analysis, customization, implementation of MATRICS ERP at key clients like Takwa Company and Medical & Medical Company with the team of 5. Transformed MATRICS ERP system from English to Arabic, a first bilingual ERP for KSA Clients. Successfully presented over 100 demonstrations of MATRICS ERP to prospective clients in co-ordination with sales representatives.

Held the distinction of playing a key role as Project Leader for analysis / design / development / modification / testing / debugging / training /documentation for User Manual & Test Plans of modules in MATRICS ERP with team size of 15 consultants. Involved as core team member in the SRS, Analysis, Design, development and implementation of MATRICS ERP for TIMKEN Jamshedpur, Narbheram Group of Companies, Jamshedpur, Boss Profile Chennai, Hindustan Tin Works Limited, Noida and many others.
