I have worked as an ERP functional consultant for 4 plus years, and, um, I started in back in 2020 as an ERP functional consultant in CRA Technology. I have worked on modules like APAR and all of that. Uh, yes. I do have worked on APAR, GL module, uh, but, no, I have not worked on, um, form personalization stored procedures. I have worked on BFF and custom reports as an m as I am a functional consultant. I do not have any experience in technical aspect, and my majority of the work process revolve around configuration. And how I acquire those skills is by analyzing and looking, uh, customers' clients' need and what they exactly want and then, uh, proceeding further, um, in checking how, uh, they want to do it. And, um, custom configuration on a custom report are not a thing that can be explained very easily until given a specific condition, um, a specific requirement. Uh, most of the configuration is done through BSF for APLs and here also or system integrate or system setup. So that is how I take my work process further, like, when I do it on Practicing.
Explain. So I had started my work as an Oracle Hubia's hardware as a consultant. Um, my experience revolve around integration, support, and implementation project. I've worked on 2 integrate uh, 2 1 integration project and 2 implementation project. And later on, I switched to Salesforce. Um, but, again, it had same Salesforce in. Again, they had similar modules as, uh, which is a b a r g l, that's, uh, company set up legal entities and all of that stuff. So, basically, I have removed my career experience in ERP and, um, um, specifically with my experience in Oracle EBS artwork, I've worked on one of I'll speak on one of my integration project. It was, um, integration between Oracle and WMS project, WMS as in warehouse managing system. So there there we work in the entire order, and everything will process in Oracle system. And later on, that will for the move to with the order and drop shipping and all those load sticks part will be taken care by the w WMS. Their own system. And then later on, the invoicing and everything will be taken care again in Oracle system. That is how the integration work where as a functional consultant, I made sure the functional setup is done correctly, um, and smoothly. And later on, I also, um, took in, uh, active part in, um, integration, test, um, ULTs, and everything to check if the technical work is done correctly or not. And then the final when the go live was done after go live, um, support was given. Then also I have to connect this part to check if the work is done accordingly or not or if it's working smoothly or not.
Um, unfortunately, I do not have any development experiences, um, in APAR. I am a functional consultant and do not have any experience with OICs. I do have a little bit knowledge of OIC and Oracle, um, technical aspect, but that is all, um, um, related to button clicks and all of that. Um, the entire OIC part is taken care by the technical team, and I do not have any experience with that.
To ensure that the system are very smooth, first of all, I like to take the backup of the system. That is first and foremost. That is very important. All the backups and OICs, all the what do we say? All the codes and everything are stored correctly. We have a proper backup of our system. So in case in case of any risk or anything as such, uh, we do not let or miss or use the essential data. Apart from that, before upgrading, I do make sure that, um, whatever we are trying to implement, uh, whatever we're trying to update or upgrade for that matter, we test it on the sandbox to check if it is working smoothly or if there is any glitch or if there is anything that, um, that could be in Huddl or in a second for us to, um, for us to tackle, and that will be difficult to tackle in future. So we could stop there. And if everything works smooth, then only, uh, do we we do upgrade on on our, um, production system. And what forward is anything happens then and there, then we do have an we do have a wake up to restore our previous version in it. What then we do always have, uh, support or Apple support to reach out to. So that is how I try to do mitigate the risk to you in the system.
