Led the development of a dynamic analytics dashboard for the SCF 4.0 banking loan management system using React, Remix, and Recharts, enhancing user experience with real-time charts and interactive visualizations. Implemented lazy loading and robust error handling for dashboard widgets, significantly improving perceived load time and user experience by enabling partial data display and reload options for failed API calls. Implemented full localization support throughout the application, enabling seamless language switching and consistent formatting across regions. Led Arabic RTL (Right-to-Left) transformation of the application, ensuring accessibility and usability for Arabic-speaking users. Collaborated with backend, reporting, and DevOps teams to integrate APIs, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure seamless data flow and deployment. Resolved critical bugs and developed new features, including automated currency conversion using npm packages and custom formatting, improving data accuracy and user satisfaction. Regularly optimized the codebase for performance and maintainability, contributing to reduced bugs and streamlined feature delivery.

Utilized a wide range of technologies including Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, PostgreSQL, RSpec, and Azure to develop Microsoft Teams-integrated applications as part of the Udyamo product suite. Played a key role in the end-to-end product development of multiple Ruby on Rails-based applications, contributing to design, application logic, and seamless Teams integration. Developed and enhanced key applications within the Udyamo suite, including TimeOff by Udyamo, Standups by Udyamo, and Reminders by Udyamo. Currently contributing to the development of a comprehensive HRMS platform aimed at streamlining employee management and operations.

Strategized and executed UI/UX designs while contributing to the frontend development of the Teamplus product, utilizing React JS/TS for the frontend and Hasura with GraphQL for the backend. Took complete ownership of a client project named NUVATI (internal name), leading both frontend and backend development across multiple phases. Independently handled Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the NUVATI project, implementing key features and integrations using AWS S3, Cognito, Lambda, React Native, and Expo. Collaborated cross-functionally during Phase 3, ensuring smooth delivery of the client project within the expected timeline and maintaining high code quality and performance standards.

Authored multiple technical blogs explaining the functionality and engineering aspects of various projects, improving knowledge sharing and developer onboarding.
