Work History

4Years

Systems Integration and Validation Engineer

Intel Technology
Aug, 2022 - Present3 yr 5 months
Worked as IFWI Lead, driving Integration and Validation of BIOS and firmware components (PMC, ISH, EC, CSE). Utilized Modular FIT to build and customize IFWI, ensuring alignment with platform configurations, soft straps, and security policies for both pre-silicon and post silicon. Automated pre-silicon and post-silicon test cases using Python and GitHub workflows; implemented delta testing to speed up iterative validation, which reduced validation cycle time by 30%. Enhanced test coverage from 40% to 70% by identifying gaps, scrubbing outdated test cases, and optimizing legacy validation suites. Identified and root-caused multiple critical firmware bugs during early bring-up phases by running taskforce; enabled faster debugging by isolating issues in Integrated firmware images. Experience with AI Development tools (iGPT, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) Executed rigorous testing and validation processes to achieve zero firmware escapes from IFWI for Meteor Lake and Nova Lake platforms for all RVPs. Experience working with SoC platforms, PCIe, NVMe, SATA, USB, Bluetooth, DP, HDMI and other hardware interfaces. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Hardware, BIOS, security, and validation) to ensure smooth bring-up and reduce firmware-hardware integration issues. Strong understanding of RTOS concepts: Memory Management, Process Synchronization, Scheduling, Multithreading and Deadlocks. Proficient in C and Python for embedded development and automation.

Graduate Technical Intern

Intel Technology
Aug, 2021 - Jul, 2022 11 months
Automated soft straps validation and Integrated firmware image (IFWI) build process. Enhanced ability to analyze IFWI configurations by designing and developing Client IFWI Decoder Tool. Assessed and developed test cases across multiple domains on Alder Lake, Raptor Lake, Meteor Lake platforms, achieving 100% BIOS delta FR test coverage.

Embedded Engineer Intern

Zmotion Autonomous Systems
Feb, 2020 - Jul, 2020 5 months
Developed and Integrated sensors for UAVs using the STM32 microcontroller as the core platform. Implemented communication protocols including SPI, IC, and UART for efficient and reliable data transfer between sensors, actuators, and flight control systems. Designed custom PCBs to interface using Eagle with multiple sensors, enabling seamless real-time data acquisition and control.
