Established and built a Global QA team from scratch. Managed and led the business vertical with 4 backend devs 2 frontend devs for verify product. Led a team of 10+ QA and SDETs in developing innovative and reliable end-to-end eKyc and signing solutions across 2 countries. Involved in transitioning the services from standalone to k3s. Conducted performance reviews yearly and crafted 12 career roadmaps for team members. Transitioned 5 team members from Jr. QA to Lead QA positions. Worked closely with 30+ member product and business teams to understand delivery requirements. Assisted engineers in 5 other departments to demonstrate proposed solutions effectively. Documented 4 SOPs and test reports for audits and compliance. Saved ~5% of products revenue through cost analysis processes and implementing new process. Conducted performance testing and benchmarking for 15 public-facing APIs. Served as a QA/SDET for 7 high-impact and high-secrecy projects. Installed, integrated, and maintained SonarQube for SAST.

Took charge of supply-side operations for SIXT RIDES, akin to popular ride-hailing platforms. Played a pivotal role in testing and releasing 12 microservices and 3 frontend platforms. Successfully automated 2 supply-side mobile apps. Mentored 3 fellow QAs to elevate application quality. Managed a team of 4 QAs, optimizing productivity and fostering seamless teamwork. Conducted thorough code reviews of 14 -15 API's automation.

Took charge of QA for 2 Mobile Apps. Oversaw testing and automation efforts for the iOS Practo search app (Consumer Facing). Automated functionality and regression test cases using Calabash (Cucumber) and Appium (Robot framework). Mentored 4 fellow QAs to improve the overall quality of the App. Contributed to open-source Appium projects.
