Yes. So I'm a Salesforce certified administrator and nonprofit cloud administrator. And I have four-point-four years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, and I've worked on different parts of the cloud and Salesforce. And talking about my experience in Salesforce, I'm involved in different parts of the project life cycle from requirement gathering to development and from testing and deployment. I'm also involved in working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Nonprofit Clouds. And if talking about my skills in Salesforce, I have been involved in creating or setting up the Salesforce ecosystem for users. I was also involved in handling the user management system for organizations. And I was experienced in working with different groups or teams in Salesforce, like sales and marketing clouds, and marketing teams as well. And I was involved in creating automations of flow, validation rules. And I was involved in setting up or giving real-time debugging issues if any user had. And I was involved in setting up the case management system, including live agent chat and omnichannel routing for different cases to be assigned to different reps. So that's all. That's the experience I have in Salesforce. I'm also involved in user management and case management systems in Salesforce. And I have over 300 plus batches in the Salesforce Trailhead. Thank you.

Migrating data from an external system into Salesforce, we can easily use the standard application chain set provided by Salesforce. If you have two outbound systems, like an inbound system and an outbound system, and you want to migrate data from external systems into Salesforce, you can directly create a chain set of data to be migrated from one place to another. Or, you can also use different third-party applications while managing the data from one or two other tools. We have workbenches where we can query the data, create or import it, and also migrate data from the external system to the Salesforce ecosystem.

When a new release is announced from Salesforce, firstly, there is a need to go to the documentation and read carefully what the new release and what are the changes in the Salesforce ecosystem. On the implementation side, we have new features that we need to understand. We also have a new trail in Trailhead where we can maintain our certification by completing the available trails and understanding more about the new features and releases provided by Salesforce. To implement that in the business, firstly, we need to understand what the new changes are. So if we are confident and understanding every new release, we can do the normal implementation of new features in the business. This also allows us to provide new skills to the table and enhance our understanding more into Salesforce, which in turn enhances our business.

Salesforce provided a standard, features to provide a visual summary of sales performance to stakeholders. Like, we can create a report, and from there we can create several reports and add those reports to the dashboard where we can visually summarize the data on the basis of different filters we have. We can also add different reports to a single dashboard where we can select and check the number of data we have with and also compare the different reports in a single frame. So we can use reports and dashboards to visually summarize the sales performance to stakeholders. Thank you.

Process builder can be used to automate a multi-step approval process for discount requests in Salesforce. Yes, we can create a process builder to create an automation or multi-step approval process. First, we need to add the decision. If we want to change any state with respect to different approvals, we can directly send an email to the respective approver. And once the approval is assigned, the stages of that condition will remain unchanged. If the condition changes, we can apply a different algorithm. We can apply a different email to the approver to send the email, like, "This status has been changed to next 1, and we require an approval from your side." Two different decisions and different elements in the process builder allow us to create an auto step or multi-step approval process in Salesforce. We can also create a flow as process builder is not supported in Salesforce anymore. So, we can create a Salesforce flow to enhance our multi-step approval process in Salesforce. Thank you.

Different users in sales force have varying levels of data quality. The best practice is to keep the Object Level Security (OWD) private for our three members. We can provide extra access to different users through permission sets. To maintain data quality for different users, we need to enhance the visibility of different users with respect to their roles. We can also create a role hierarchy for different users to maintain data quality. To enhance access privilege for any specific users, we have to create permission sets to enhance the permissions of create, read, or edit records for any specific users, which enhances data quality for different users in Salesforce.

Data model for a Salesforce implementation that enhances or handles multiple and related streams of customer queries, including emails. We can set up the case management system for different organizations. In the sales case management system, we can create any role, using a round robin algorithm, or we can also create omnichannel to create the Salesforce case management. We can also have a case web to case where we can create any cases from the website also. From third-party applications, we can attach. And we can enable the live agent chat. We can directly clear and debug the issues of the customers, including chats, directly or in real-time scenarios. We also have different omnichannels where we can create cases and distribute those cases to different reps working on different cases. We can create multiple queries, like we have different teams for different reps for different cases. The level of cases we have, if it's an urgent case to be solved, so we need a different queue to add those users into that queue, and we can maintain an SLA timer for those. So we can create a different algorithm, like round robin and omnichannel, to set up and handle multiple and related streams of customer queries through email or chat or phone numbers. Thank you.

To resolve a complex sharing rules issue that invaded restricted data access for a day. So, sharing rules come under record level security. So, we need to check what we have shared and what are the OWD settings for that record we have. We also have different specific criteria of sharing rules. You have criteria-based sharing rules, we have different user-based sharing rules. So, what access a user has in the team? So, first, we need to clear that and what sharing rule we are using, like, how we are sharing records to any specific group or users in Salesforce. That needs to be checked before creating any sharing rules for the organization. Thank you.

So when migrating data from different orgs to Salesforce, first, we need to check the number of reports we have in the organization and the government limit for all those reports and from which path we are migrating data. If we are using a different third-party tool, the access required and the prerequisites required to migrate data need to be determined. We also need to take the number of records we have in the organization into account, and what is required to migrate data, such as whether an external ID is required for migrating data from a 3rd-party organization to Salesforce. And we also want to make it clear, like, the data sheet and the mapping of fields should be clear before migrating data. We need to cross-verify the number of fields we have in the sheets, and we also have to manage the number of IDs we have. What are the prerequisite IDs we have in this CSV file? So these steps need to be taken care of before migrating data from a 3rd party or managing data. Thank you.

So formula fields for a large volume of records, we need to check these formula fields where these fields are required and where they are used. If we are using formula fields for mapping records, first, we need to check what needs to be taken care of. Like, if we are using a large volume of records, the number of records can be altered, and it may impact the overall Salesforce performance. If we are using a larger number of records in Salesforce, it will impact. So, we need to check if we are creating or sending any emails through those formula fields. We need to check and inactivate all the flows and all the automations we have. If anything happens to that, we need to check before and then enhance the level of our security or event. We need to check the duplicates of the records we have to minimize the overall error after creating or handling large volumes of data.
