Uh, Yeah. So I'm Salesforce certified administrator and, uh, nonprofit cloud. And I'm having experience of 4, uh, point 4 years in Salesforce ecosystem, uh, and I've worked on different parts of cloud and Salesforce. And talking about my experience in Salesforce, so I'm involved in different part of project life cycle from requirement gathering, uh, to development and from testing and also from deployment. I'm also involved in, uh, working on from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nonprofit clouds. And, um, if talking about, uh, my skills in Salesforce. So in I have been involved in creating or setting up the Salesforce ecosystem for the users. I was also involved in handling the user management system system for them, for the organization. And I was also, uh, experience in working with different, uh, groups or different teams in Salesforce, like from sales, uh, marketing clouds, so marketing teams as well. And I was also involved in creating the automations of, like, flow validation rules. And I was also, uh, involved in setting up the or giving the real time debugging issues if any user has. And I was also involved in setting up the case management system, including the live agent chat, uh, and also the omnichannel routing for the different, uh, cases to be assigned in the for diff different reps. So that's all. Uh, that's the experience in Salesforce I have. I'm also involved in, uh, user management and the case management system for in Salesforce. And I have, uh, 2, uh, 300 plus, uh, batches in the Salesforce, uh, trailhead. Thank you.

So, uh, uh, migrating data from an external system into Salesforce, we can, uh, easily the Salesforce is provided by, uh, standard, uh, application chain set we have. So if you have, uh, 2, outbound systems, like if there is an inbound system and there's an outbound system and if we wanted to migrate data from external systems into the Salesforce, We can directly create a chain set of data to be migrated from 1 place to other. Or we can also have different third party applications while, uh, managing the data or from 1 or 2 other, like, a and d tools. And we have workbenches where we can query the data, and we can create or import the data and also migrate data from the external system to the Salesforce ecosystem. Thank you.

Uh, when a new, uh, release announced from Salesforce, firstly, uh, there is all, uh, on the documentation side, go to the documentation and read carefully what the new, uh, release and what are the changes, uh, in the Salesforce ecosystem has new implementation we have. We also have in the tail head, uh, we we can there's a new trail to maintain the if we have the certification to maintain the certification, we have the strength, um, trails available in the trailhead to complete that and to understand know more about what the new features and the releases is provided by the Salesforce. To implement, uh, that in the business, firstly, we need to understand what the new changes are. So if we are confident and understanding every new release, we can able to do, uh, the normal, uh, implementation in the features of business. So we can also provide new skills to the table and and enhance our, uh, understanding more into the Salesforce that enhance our business. Thank you.

Uh, Salesforce provided a standard, features to provide a visual summary of sales performance to stakeholders. Like, we can create a report, and from we can create several reports and add those reports to the dashboard where we can visually summarize the data on the basis of different filters we have. We can also add different reports to a single dashboard where we can, uh, select and, uh, check the number of data we have with and also compare the different reports into a single frame. So we can use reports and dashboard to visually summarize the sales performance to stakeholders. Thank you.

Process builder can be used to automate a multi step approval process for discount request in Salesforce. Yeah. We can, uh, create a process builder, uh, to create a automation or multi step approval process. 1st, we need to add the, uh, the decision. Like, if we wanted to, uh, change any state, uh, with respect to different, uh, approvals, we can directly send the email to the respective approval. And if, again, we, uh, the stages once the approval is assigned, the stages of, uh, that condition will remain and changes. And if the condition changes, we can apply a different algorithm. We can apply a different uh, email to the approver to send the email to the approval, like, this status has been changed to, uh, next 1, and we required an approval from your side. 2 different decisions and different elements in the process builder, we can create, uh, the auto step or multi step approval process in Salesforce. We can also, uh, create a flow as process builder is, um, the Salesforce is not providing supports to process builder for now. So we can create a process, uh, Salesforce flow to enhance our Monday step approval process in the Salesforce. Thank you.

So, uh, different users in sales force over different data quality in which been, uh, the best practice is to keep the OWD private for our 3 members. And we can provide the extra access to different users through permission sets. So if we wanted to, uh, maintain, uh, the data data quality for different users, we need to enhance the accessibility visibility of different user with respect to their roles. So we can also create a role hierarchy for different users to maintain the data quality. And, uh, the privilege the access privilege, if you wanted to enhance that access privilege for any specific users, we have to create, uh, the process, uh, permission sets to enhance the permissions of the, uh, create, read, or edit, um, and records to any specific users, which enhances the data quality for different users in Salesforce. Thank you.

Data model for a Salesforce implementation, um, that enhances or that may handle multiple and related streams of customer queries, including emails. And we can set up the case management system, uh, for different, uh, organization. We can in the sales, uh, in the case management system, we can, uh, create any down a role, uh, round robin algorithm, or we can also create omnichannel to, uh, to create the Salesforce case management. We can also have a case web 2 case, uh, where we can create any cases from website also. From the 3rd party application, we can attach. And we can also, uh, uh, enable the live agent chat. We can where we can, uh, directly clear, uh, debug the issues of the customers, like, including chats, uh, directly or in real time scenario. We also have different omnichannels where we can create the cases and also distribute those cases to the different, uh, reps working on different cases. We can create a number of queries, uh, query. Like, uh, we have different teams for different uh, reps for different cases. The, uh, uh, the level of cases we have, like, if if it is, uh, urgently case, uh, to be solved, so we needed a different, uh, queue to add those users into that queue, and we can maintain, uh, SLA timer for those. So we can, uh, create a different, uh, algorithm like round robin and the omnichannel to set up and also handle the multiple and related stream of customer queries through email or chat or phone numbers. Thank you.

To resolve a complex sharing rules issue that invaded, uh, restricted data access for a day. So sharing rule comes under record level security. So we need to check what we have shared and what are the OWD settings for that record we have. We also, uh, have different, uh, specific of criteria of sharing rules. You criteria based sharing rules, we have we have different user based sharing rules. So what access a user has in the team? So first, we need to clear that and what sharing rule we are using, like, how we are sharing records to any specific group or, uh, users in the Salesforce. That's need to be checked before, uh, creating any sharing rules for the organization. Thank you.

So when, uh, migrating a data from, uh, different org to Salesforce, first, we need to check the number of reports we have in the, uh, we have in the organization and the the government limit for all those reports and from which path we are, uh, migrating data. If we are using different third party tool, what access to be required and the, uh, what prerequisite is required to migrate data. And we also, uh, take the number of, uh, firstly, we need to check the, uh, from reports the total number of records we have in the organization and what required needs to be. Like the external ID be required for any, um, of migrating data from 3rd party organization to the Salesforce. And we also wanted to make the sheet clear, like, the data sheet and the mapping of field should be clear before migrating data. We need to cross verify the number of fields we have in the sheets, And we also have, uh, to manage the number of IDs we have. What is prerequisite IDs we have in this, uh, CSV file. So these steps to be taken care before migrating data from 3rd party or manage. Thank you.

So formula fields, uh, for a large volume of records, we need to check, like, these formula fields where where these fields are required and where these fields are used. If we are using formula fields for mapping records, first, we need to check what need to be taken care of. Like, if we are, um, uh, using large volume of records, the number of records can be all altered, and it may impact the overall Salesforce performance. Like, if we are using, uh, more number of volume of records in the Salesforce, it will impact. Uh, so we need to check, like, if we are creating or sending any emails through that, uh, formula fields. We need to check and inactive all the flows and all the automations we have. If anything, uh, happened to that, we need to check before and just enhance the level of our bit or event. We need to check the duplicates of the records we have to minimize the overall error after, uh, creating or after handling the large volume of data. Thank you.
