Created a generic Sentiment Analysis Application for Tax related data using ReactJS, Python and Java microservices, GraphQL APIs, Prompt Engineering to interact with GenAI that helped the Product Owners to understand the areas of development hence increasing the revenue. Led the Integration of the Lacerte(Tax Computation Software) with a third party feedback application Qualtrics to analyze the Net Promoter Score using Pascal, C# and ReactJS that helped to take the real time feedbacks from the customers about various features. Led the initiative of building a shared generic .NET SDK for encrypting and decrypting the data for all the Lacerte downstream services.

Successfully implemented a feature of querying in a web based application using AngularJS, Rest API, C# and SQL, resulted in improved performance from 10 minutes to under 35 seconds, which helped in increasing the product sale and revenue. Assisted in migrating the legacy AngularJS application to ReactJS, by hosting a React app inside an Angular component. Implemented a complex tree menu which supports up to nth level children, hence solved the problem of accessing the hierarchical data enchaining the user experience of the feature using ReactJS, AngularJS, Rest API and C#. Contributed in designing and Implementing a data collector for collecting the sensitive data in XML format through the Plant Controlled Network(PCN) in a Distributed Controlled System(DCS) and SCADA systems across different servers in a Plant which helped in increasing the revenue by providing the configurational changes done during a given interval of time. Took the ownership of Implementing an Email Messaging Service (WCF Service) using Microsoft SQL Dependency, Unity (Dependency Injection), WPF, Windows Service, C#, NUnit, MOQ and XML which triggers the Emails in L3/L3.5 network under various end user scenarios.
