Developed customer flow UI for Return Prime handling returns and exchanges for 10K+ users, leveraging React Context API for efficient state management and enhanced user experience. Optimized dashboard performance, improving First Contentful Paint (FCP) and reducing initial page load time by 2.5 seconds, significantly enhancing user experience. Upgraded Polaris UI and React versions, ensuring modern UI standards and improved performance. Implemented reusable UI components and implemented a feature flag framework for phased rollouts and A/B testing. Developed a dynamic price list management module within the CRM, enabling flexible pricing configurations and improving sales workflows. Migrated React Native Web components to standard web architecture, improving performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Developed reusable components for the Kreditbee Component Library, including form inputs, validation utilities, and multi-selects. Improved UI performance by refactoring lifecycle-heavy components and optimizing state management. Maintained and expanded Storybook, accelerating component reuse and reducing UI regressions.
