Leading and managing a team of developers in the Wealth and Investment division, ensuring the successful delivery of applications using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, XCP, and MongoDB. Spearheading the development of bulk uploads leveraging Refinitive Wealth Web Services. Directing 3 product areas encompassing asset servicing, Operations, and Client Reporting. Contributing to business recovery planning (BRP) and participating in defining product roadmaps. Collaborating with PE and Architecture teams to develop proof of concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs). Mentoring and supporting team members, conducting POC discussions, and effectively managing individual and team performance. Architecture, design and development of Micro Services using Spring, Kafka, Apigee for interfacing with Beta. Working on core integration components architecture, design to facilitate large data uploads and AI/ML integration (Micro Services, Kafka, MQ, Apigee and No SQL with Big Data technologies).

Worked as program manager and involved in design and development of various applications. Technologies used by the team include android, Swift, AWS and Lambda. Involved in developing multiple products during my tenure in Ennoventure and part of various organization initiatives, POC and collaboration with industry. Involved in mobile application development for multiple OS and API development in AWS. Design and Development of Android and Mobile application. Design and Development of UI based app in Angular. Building and deploying rest API in AWS Lambda.

Part of core functional team involved in day to day activities of development and stabilization of the asset classification framework. Worked with core vendors proving sourcing of classification, asset class and stock data for Ameriprise held assets. Project plan creation and reporting. Functional and technical resource co-ordination. Project cost forecasting and estimation. Setup coordinate Functional specification review/ design review/ cross commit team deliverables. Resource management, scope, quality controls. Stakeholder management.

Involve in setting up the Conagra account from transition perspective. Involved in the Agile Process and setting up cross functional team, governance etc. Involved in RFP, Resource management, team building, transition, project co-ordination, Project planning, stakeholder management and SLA management. Worked in developing and managing cross functional development track. Enabling support process based on Agile framework in cross functional area for break fix, service request and enhancement. Offshore team coordination and stakeholder management.

This project involves identifying and optimization of legacy and dotnet components used for sign data load to POS. Worked in identifying and implementing the code changes without integration issues.

In my current assignment working as .NET project manager in Financial Mortgage domain project. Responsible for multiple tracks including java, sql, analytics, DW, mainframe technologies. Involve in day to day operation and management. Technologies used are Microsoft C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF. Application layer uses SOA and Micro Service Architecture with service bus for scalability and reliability. Responsibilities include evaluating opportunity for automation, cost reduction and improved quality of deliverables.

This project is mainly focused on migration of the legacy school K12 application to .NET. Project involved reverse engineer, forward engineer re-design and implementing the using SOA, web services and dotnet. This application allows the teacher and parent to connect and school to manage the daily activities.

Claims Management System, This application allows tracking; keeping history, enable quick processing of claims. It provides facility to view the documents related to medical insurance claims online. It allows to find the claims by Member, Social Security Number, provider Id and member Names. It shows the current status of claims during the process. It allows the user to download the claims remittances report for each week in .pdf format.
