Developed and designed a new user interface (UI) by migrating the front-end registration and login web application from AngularJS to React.js, ColdFusion, and upgrading front-end workflows for improved performance. Implemented online functionality for users to request major name changes, previously handled offline, to align with regulatory requirements. Streamlined the front-end process for verifying user-entered information and validating supporting documentation, ensuring accurate processing of major name change requests within a timeframe of 10 to 15 days. Developed a UI allowing customers to transfer their service from commercial to commercial or residential to residential, but not from residential to commercial. If they attempt the latter, they will see an error message and won't be able to proceed further. Led Technical discussions and code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
