Manages a team to handle complete market research operations. Building data models and tracking key performance metrics across GTM teams. Provide insights, analysis and recommendations to key executive leadership around key areas of risk, improvement, or optimisation within the business process. Leads the development, implementation and execution of new processes in line with market standards and business needs across all the GTM functions. Evaluate, improve, and manage key marketing and sales operations processes including weekly forecasting, potential, pipeline velocity, account scoring. Create and improve workflows, custom fields, and data flow management processes for sales and marketing teams. Revenue tracking - Report key metrics to measure churn, MIA, nurture, closed lost, demo scheduled, unqualified and customers including developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate key insights to internal stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making. Prospecting and Qualification of new leads through various channels, in order to assist teams like Sales and Marketing achieve their respective revenue goals. Handling all lead related conflicts between various Sales teams across GTM. Enrichment and assignment of the leads that are acquired through various marketing campaigns and from external vendors. Primary and Secondary research on competitor companies along with Identification and Analyzing their existing customer base. Ownership of all lead operations in the CRM. Creating Dashboards, Reports for Sales People in order to assimilate their metrics
