Architected and delivered a production multi-cloud Kubernetes platform for Mercer's assessment system, spanning AWS and Azure. Built and maintained reusable Terraform modules to provision Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, Redis, PostgreSQL, VPC/VNet networking, and DNS, enabling repeatable, isolated infrastructure deployments across cloud providers. Designed Kubernetes ingress and security architecture: AWS ALB Controller and Azure Application Gateway Ingress Controller for L7 routing, WAF integration for external traffic, and automated TLS lifecycle management via cert-manager. Implemented GitOps-based application delivery using ArgoCD, enabling declarative, auditable deployments across all Kubernetes workloads. Built end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Terraform with isolated environment layers, automated plan/apply workflows, and safe rollback mechanisms, reducing deployment risk across multi-cloud environments. Established monitoring and observability stack using Prometheus and Grafana, providing visibility into cluster health, resource utilization, and application performance.
