The interviewee should be able to demonstrate an understanding of different CRM tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Freshsales, and more. They should also present a CRM strategy involving picking the tool that they think will help achieve the goal.
How do you measure Salesforce user adoption?
They should build reports and dashboard with information like log-ins, edits, new-creations. With the data, they can create different reports like activity report, lead report, opportunity report.
What are the different types of reports available in Salesforce?
They should respond with the four types of reports and be aware of the difference between them.
- Tabular Reports - Simple listing of data without any subtotals
- Summary Reports - Listing of data with groupings and sub totals
- Matrix Reports - Records data both by row and by column
- Joined reports - Blocks of related information in a single report

How do you plan on keeping the metric report relevant?

- Made technical efforts like in-app guidance to highlight the changes.
How do you plan to create/maintain/enhance process automation in your company?
The interviewee should be able to identify places in which they could implement automation. They should support this by informing you of the tools they’ll use.
Have you previously implemented any framework to improve the efficiency of business operations?
This could include a wide range of things like building relationships to understand the room for improvement, developing frameworks to increase transparency in the business processes, and more.
How do you plan to stay up to date with new Salesforce technology?
This question should not just be followed by a plan but also a motivation to help other members of the team to also stay up to date.
