Uplers strives to build a long-term association between the client & the talent, and we ensure satisfaction from both sides to achieve this goal. Our talent pool goes through an aggressive vetting process, and we pay our developers 1.5x of local pay to ensure better retention and high quality.

What types of engagements do you offer (full-time, contractual, etc.)?

At this stage, we provide full-time and part-time engagements, which are for the long-term only. Currently, we do not offer talent for specific projects or campaigns, which are time-bound.

How much do you charge for providing talent?

Nothing. There’s no recruitment charge with us. All our developers come with a fixed monthly payout. We charge a fee for managing and facilitating the association between the client and the talent.

Are there any cancellation fees if I decide to stop working with you/ or I am not satisfied with a developer from Uplers?

No. There are no charges involved. If you are unhappy with the talent, you can let us know a month in advance, and we will provide you with a replacement or cancel the arrangement.
