Arcesium launched with the mission to power the entire investment lifecycle. Building on a platform developed and tested by the D. E. Shaw group, we received additional equity backing from a second seed client, Blackstone Alternative Asset Management. J.P. Morgan, an early adopter of our technologies, later made a strategic investment in the company. Today, Arcesium services over $675 billion in global client AUM with a staff of over 1,800 software engineering, accounting, operations, and treasury professionals.
