The company has two divisions: Data Science Solutions: We work at the intersection of data, technology and analytics. Talent Solutions: We live and breathe the digital and talent marketplace.

Blend was launched in the summer of 2015. Patrick and Tim wrote down the idea for the company as a simple picture on a piece of paper. At the base of the drawing was a company with strong values, a passion for working with elite people and a focus on data science.

At the top were core capabilities to deliver data science solutions for companies. Each signed the paper, and committed funds to start the company. They recruited a top analytical growth partner, Ozgur Dogan and the core team was set. The company lifted off from there.
