Clarity Health Care is a well-established mental health service who have offered quality, community-based treatment (non-hospital) since 2013.

Our multi-disciplinary team offers Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, General Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses, and Social Workers experienced in community treatment across all diagnoses and mental health concerns. We work collaboratively with a clients'​ family, loved ones, and treating team to ensure a consistent, evidence based approach. Clarity use several modalities including outreach (home based), clinic appointments, telehealth, and evidence based groups to deliver the most appropriate care and offer all clients a range of options.

Clarity Health Care holds a diverse range of contracts focused on mental health service delivery across Australia. This includes funding agreements to operate Medicare Mental Health Centres, covering regions such as Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, and Western NSW. In addition, Clarity has direct service delivery partnerships with organisations such as Cohealth, Bupa, Wellways, ermha365 and Stride, often involving community-based psychological services, hospital substitution programs, and stepped care initiatives. Clarity has recently launched the digital Optimal Health Program (OHP) in collaboration with Wellify.
