Proplens automates sales, customer service, procurement, construction management & regulatory approval workflows for property developers, de-bottlenecking manual coordination work, streamlining paper-heavy processes and connecting disparate software systems like CRM, ERP, BIM & project management tools. Our goal is to help project leads get a unified view of the data and process flows across the project construction life-cycle, enabling significant time & cost savings at project level. Our first product is a sales AI agent Ria who does end-to-end lead qualification, schedules property viewings, personalizes follow-ups & routes the best-fit leads to your sales teams. Essentially eliminating the 50-70% time spent in repetitive grunt work by sales teams. Ria works with both in-house sales teams of property developers and property agency/broking teams.
