Sriram Chitlur
Co-Founder & CEO
The creation of TalkingLands stems from Sriram Chitlurās passion for solving real life problems using technology. 10 years of delivering managed farmplots through Hosachiguru, another startup he co-founded, gave him the requisite knowledge and experience both as a developer and end-user, which led him on a mission to overcome Indiaās information asymmetry in real estate. He brings with him decades of domain expertise in Agritech, Supplychain and IT, with an acute understanding of Indiaās dynamic real estate industry, from legalities to property rights and more.
Srinath Setty
Co-Founder & COO
Srinath Setty has been an entrepreneur for over a decade. He is a prolific leader who brings rich experience in marketing and communications, and setting the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Besides Hosachiguru, which Srinath co-founded with Sriram, he is also the director of the cooperative bank MPSS, that operates in rural Karnataka for priority sector lending.

Giridhara is a visionary with two decades of experience in platform engineering & technology solutions. A core technologist at heart with a zeal for meaningful innovations for a better tomorrow, Giridhara has driven technology and business strategy alongside spearheading research & innovation initiatives. He has been actively involved in strategizing and building Innovation labs for customers and academia, and is an ardent evangelist of technology.
