Is there an app for tracking candidates working hours when we hire employees on Uplers payroll?

There's no app by default. But we can install recommended time tracking software, upon request.

Are there specialised talents available based on our specific requirements?

If at all a talent with specific skills is not available in our network of 1M+ talents, we go beyond and utilise our network of recruiters, source from various platforms and provide the closest match India has to offer.

Who acts as the employer throughout the duration of the contract?

Uplers works as a facilitator, manages the payroll, but the employer remains our client.

Are there any fees associated with Uplers if we are unable to make a hire?

No, there's no fee if you don't end-up hiring from Uplers.

What does "lifetime replacement" mean to the employer in Uplers payroll model?

When you hire via Uplers platform, either on contract or an employee on Uplers payroll, there are a set of inclusions you receive, and one of those is replacement. In a case where you are unhappy with the performance of the talent you hired or if the talent resigns, Uplers will provide you a replacement. This facility remains applicable till the time you are associated with Uplers.

What benefits do we have in the “Direct Hire Model”?

Direct hire model is as good as recruiting a talent. Through Uplers, you will get an AI-Assessed, shortlisted candidate, there will be a 3 months / 90 days replacement policy, you will have access to our account manager.

Will the talent salary be negotiable?

That totally depends upon the talent. Uplers works as a facilitator and provides the right platform to negotiate between the client and talent.

Is the leave policy based on local or Indian terms?

By default it is based on the Indian leave calendar, but can be changed as required, upon request and agreement between client and talent.

Will your talent get their own laptops?

Talents on Uplers platform can bring their own laptops, upon request. Uplers also provides add-on services, where one can rent laptops incase of requirement.

Do you validate the assessment before the test in all the contracts?

Yes, all the assessments are thoroughly validated and only then are passed on to our clients.

If we need to hire bulk talents from Uplers, can you handle it?

Yes, you can raise your hiring requirements and Uplers can facilitate and provide candidates of multiple positions, all together.

What will be the minimum duration for the models?

The minimum engagement duration is 3 months.

Do you provide leaves such as sick leaves on these contracts?

When you hire a contractor, there are no sick leaves. If an employee takes a leave, accordingly the total days will be deducted.

However, when you hire an employee, there are sick leaves, casual leaves etc applicable.

What will happen if I wish to discontinue with the talent?

When you hire a contractor, you can discontinue with a 14 days intimation / notice period. However, when you hire an employee, there's a 3 months probation period, during which you can discontinue with 14 days notice, however post 3 months, there's a 30 days intimation / notice period applicable.
