Our business referral program is a relationship-driven revenue channel aimed at building strong relationships based on trust, values, and a growth mindset.

Our business referral program works in the following ways:

One-off project

A one-off project means anything that has a completion date, majorly in website development, email templates, design projects, and ad-hoc tasks. We pay a 20% kick-back straight once the invoices are paid by the referral. Such projects can be divided into 2 or 3 equal installments over a period of 1 to 6 months.

Recurring Business

A recurring business is anything that is continuous in nature, examples are SEO/SEM campaigns and Offshore Remote Teams model, which has a fixed monthly payment commitment. Such commitments come with a minimum of 3 months contract and remain ongoing until specifically canceled. In such cases, a 10% kick-back would be paid on a monthly basis, once the invoices are paid by the referral.

Terms & Conditions

There are some points of agreement that require prior consideration before enrolling in the business referral program.

  • If you sell a one-off project, you get 20% of the project value as a kick-back.
  • If you help us close the client into recurring engagement, you will get 10% of the contract value that will be paid monthly on the receipt of realization for the first 12 months.
  • If the payment from the referred client gets canceled for any reason, it will result in the cancellation of the referral also.
  • An invoice would be required to be generated every month from your end.


When will I get paid?

Once we receive the payment from the referee, we will process your payment within 15 working days.

What if the referee went away without payment?

In such cases, there would not be any payment to the referrer.

What if the referee gave another project? Will I be paid?

The current referral policy is limited to the first project only.

How do I get paid?

We request you to raise an invoice, which would be paid within 15 working days.

I know a potential client. How do I refer?

You can share their details with us, one of our sales representatives can directly get in touch with them. We are open to not sharing the details of the referee if needed.

Who do I share the referral with?

If you are a present client, you can introduce your referral with your Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Representative and they shall take it ahead from there. Alternatively, you can introduce at hello@uplers.com.
