For 45 years, we’ve worked with government, public and private partners to mobilise funding and collaborate for greater housing and homelessness solutions for a better future.

With a commitment to placing clients at the core of our decision making, we provide support programs that connect with people’s unique needs and strengthen their knowledge, abilities and capacity to thrive

What we do:

We invest in housing and homelessness solutions for better futures. In 2022-23 across the state, we:

• delivered 28 housing and homelessness support programs
• had 7361 people come through our doors requesting our support
• of those 2472 were accessing our services for the first time
• are building 173 homes for people on the VHR.
