Leave Policy:

Annual Leave: 20 days leave (combined vacation and sick leave) in each calendar year. Monthly leaves to be credited at end of the month.

Sick Leave: 10 Days

Eligibility: From Date of joining. Any leaves availed in excess of available balance, will be marked as unpaid.

Leave Carried forward:100%.

Leave Encashment:100% of Leave balance.

Holiday List: There will be 8 holidays in a calendar year. The list will be shared on the HRIS portal every year


Salary Disbursement: Employees will be paid on a monthly basis. Monthly salary will be credited directly to the bank account on the first working day of the next month.


Review & Appraisal:

Performance assessment for employees on probation will be done after completion of six months of employment. This has an effect on the employee’s confirmation. 

In case of confirmed employees, a Performance Review is mainly to understand the issues if any in achieving the targets and needs any help from Management. This is also a platform wherein management can share their opinion about the performance which will help in meeting the targets given for three/ six months.

For confirmed employees, performance appraisal will be on a weekly basis with the employee's direct manager.. If these reviews/appraisals are successful; salary revisions will happen every 12th month in the month of June.
